12 Slices bread 3/4 c Peanut butter 6 tb Jelly or jam 3 Eggs 3/4 c Milk 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Butter or margarine Spread peanut butter on six slices of break; spread jelly on other 6 slices of bread. Put one slice of each together to form sandwiches. In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk and salt and mix together. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well. Place in skillet and brown both sides. Serve immediately.

Peanut Butter & Jam Stuffed French Toast. • Ingredients- -4 slices of brioche. -your favourite Peanut butter & Jam. -3 eggs. -100g milk. -30g caster sugar. -1 scraped vanilla pod. -3g ground cinnamon. -icing sugar for dusting. -Garnish of your Choice. • Method- -Firstly whip your eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon , and caster sugar together in a metal bowl. -preheat your oven to 170°. -Make yourself two peanut butter and jam sandwiches leaving a small border around the edge of the bread so the peanut butter and jam does not leak out during the cooking process. -Put your egg mixture onto a plate and soak your sandwiches insuring to get the edges of the bread. -Place a small amount of butter into a heavy bottom pan and bring to foaming, then caramelise your French toast on each side and place into the oven for 4-5 minutes. -Leave your French toast on the side to call for two minutes then serve, dust with icing sugar and garnish with toppings of your choice. • ???? Ingredients
Challah Bread Peanut Butter Jelly 2-3 Eggs Maple Syrup or Chocolate Sauce
- Cut a thick slice of Challah bread, then cut a slit into the bottom. Stuff with peanut butter, and jelly then seal. Crack eggs and mix. Soak stuffed Challah in egg. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Once melted fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Slice on an angle and drizzle maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
