Peach Mango Ribs
Peach Mango Ribs on the Outlaw Patio
Recipes are suggestions. For these Peach Mango Ribs there were no measurements. Just ingredients with the peach mango flavor I was searching for. Time is also a suggestion. 2 hours is a good time to be in the smoke, but color means more. 1 hour is good in the wrap, but tenderness and temp means more. The more ribs you cook the better rib cook you will become. What I'm saying is, take my suggestions and practice. Just make sure you practice with happy pigs.
