1 9 inch pie crust 3 1/2 cups fresh peaches -- peeled and sliced 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 dash ground nutmeg 3 tablespoons tapioca half and half 1. Mix sliced peaches with sugar, spices and tapioca. Place in pie shell. 2. Place shell on a cookie sheet and pour half and half over fruit until shell is 3/4 full. 3. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45-50 minutes longer. Serve hot or warm.

Luscious Peaches and Cream Pie Recipe | Instructional Video
A wonderful dessert and so easy to make. Really you could make this without a pie crust if you like. I always keep a few pie crusts in the freezer so I used one. But the original recipe doesn’t have one. And seriously, I do recommend using Canned Peaches for this one. I know right, seems sacrilegious to suggest canned peaches but trust me it just works better.

Peaches and Cream Pie is delicious and so easy to make, and is the taste of summer! Peaches smothered in a rich cake and unite for a delicious summer dessert.
PEACH AND CREAM PIE Ingredients: Cake: 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 (3 ounce) package non-instant vanilla pudding mix 3 tablespoons butter, softened 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and syrup reserved Cream: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup white sugar Topping: 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Bake 350F for 40-45 min. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours

Layer peaches over crust. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.Spread over the peaches. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
