How To make Pat's Shrimp Creole
6 tb Butter
2 c Coarsely chopped onion
2 c Coarsely chopped celery
2 c Coarsely chopped Green or
Red bell pepper 1 c Tomato puree
6 Fresh tomato, peeled
3 Bay leaves
1/4 ts Oregano
Pinch of thyme Creole Seafood Seasoning (See MM#: 9239) 2 c Seafood stock
(See MM#: 9241) 1/4 c Butter
2 c Coarsely chopped onion
1 tb Brown sugar
2 c Coarsely chopped celery
2 c Coarsely chopped Green or
Red bell pepper 60 Large fresh shrimp, peeled
And deveined Streamed rice or jambalaya Melt 6 tablespoons butter in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery and pepper and saute 10 minutes. Add tomato puree, tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano, thyme and seafood seasoning to taste and cook an additional 10 minutes. Stir in stock and bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer until sauce begins to thicken, about 45 minutes. remove from heat and strain; discard vegetables. Melt remaining butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Add onion,sprinkle wit sugar and saute until golden brown. Add celery and pepper and saute an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat, stir in reserved sauce and simmer gently 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook just until heated through. Serve immediately over rice or jambalaya.

SHRIMP CREOLE | QUICK AND EASY DELICIOUSNESS
Ingredients
1 lb Shrimp (shelled & deveined)
2Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Knorr’s Seafood Tomato Cube crumbled (optional)
1/2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Onion Diced
1/2 Green Pepper Diced (optional)
3 Celery Stalks Diced
1 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 14 oz Can of Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Water (Can substitute with Chicken or Seafood Stock)
Sauté veggies in melted butter until tender, add garlic and stir a couple minutes. Add seasonings to veggies and stir. Add Tomato Sauce & Stewed Tomatoes - break up tomatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes, stir constantly. Add shrimp let cook about 4-5 minutes, or until your shrimp are white with shades of pink! Do not over cook your shrimp. Serve with rice and enjoy!

Creole shrimps with cherry tomatoes and white wine.
ingredients:
30 large shrimps.
10 cherry tomatoes.
Olive oil.
1 cup of white wine.
4 chopped garlic cloves.
1 cup of cilantro (Optional)
1 tsp of Brazilian style creole seasoning.
1/2 tsp of Brazilian Style Sazón
Directions:
Pat dry your shrimp on both sides.
Put it on a bow and add a full teaspoon of Brazilian style creole on it.
Mix it well.
Set it aside.
Split your cherry tomatoes.
Chop 4 garlic cloves.
Chop 1 cup of cilantro if you like it.
Add Olive oil on a hot pan.
Add your shrimp and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Remove the shrimp from the fire, put it in a bowl and set it aside.
On medium heat. Add your garlic to the same pan.
Add more olive oil to the pan.
Add your cherry tomatoes.
Add cilantro.
Mix it.
Set your fire to High heat.
Add 1 cup of white wine to deglaze the pan.
Mix it and let it reduce the sauce to half.
Add 1/t tbs of Brazilian style sazón.
Mix it again and set your fire to medium heat.
Add back your shrimp along with its juices.
Cook for 2 more minutes and you are done
Serve it with white rice or mashed potatoes. enjoy!
