How To make Pasta with Sake Clam Sauce
2 cn Chopped clams
3/4 c Finely chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves,minced/pressed
1 c Sake or dry vermouth
2 T Canned capers,drained
10 oz Dried linguine or vermicelli
1/4 c Finely chopped parsley
1/4 c Fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/8 t Crushed dried hot red chiles
1. Drain clams and reserve juice. In a 10-12" frying pan, combine 1/2 cup
of the clam juice, onion, garlic, and 1/4 cup sake. Stir on high heat until about 1/4 of the liquid remains. Add remaining sake, clams, and capers; simmer 3-4 minutes. Keep warm. 2. Meanwhile, bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a 6-8 quart pan on high
heat. Add pasta; cook, uncovered, until tender to bite, about 8 minutes. Drain pasta and pour into a wide bowl; add clam mixture. Lift and mix with 2 forks until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 1 minute. Top pasta

Simple Tasty and Cheap recipe Vongole Pasta 1
This is a healthy quick and simple Vongole, It is good for fatigue recovery, it has lots of iron and good for skin.
Step 1: Cut the onion into pieces and add into the pan with crushed garlic.
Step 2 : Pour in some frozen Clams into the hot pan
Step 3: Stir and wait for the Clams to open.
Step 4: Boil water for the pasta, add salt and oil into pot.
Step 5: Season the pan of Clams with salt, sake and butter.
Step 6: Add pasta into the boiling water in the pot.
Step 7: Add soy sauce in the pan of Clams
Step 8: Once the pasta is boiled transfer into the pan of clams.
Step 9: It is complete! : )
CLAM PASTA WITH GARLIC BREAD | VONGOLE PASTA
In this recipe, I used loaf bread to make garlic bread instead of the usual baguette bread. Chili flakes are optional, for those who do not want the spicy flavor.
In this recipe we need the following ingredients:
FOR THE PASTA:
2 1/2 water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oil
300g. pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 pc small onion (chopped)
300g. clams
1 tbsp white wine
1-1/2 c. pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chili flakes
FOR THE GARLIC BREAD:
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic paste or grated garlic
1-2 pcs loaf bread

8 oz of Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles (or paste of choice)
1 lbs Live Manila Clams (or clams of choice)
4 Garlic Cloves
2/3 Cup Dry White Wine (not sweet)
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Red Pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp Shredded Dried Seaweed (optional garnish)
