SIMPLE & FLAVORFUL Instant Pot Pasta Salad
This quick and easy instant pot pasta salad is perfect for any gathering. There is only a few ingredients, and this recipe is perfect for any beginner. This instant pot pasta salad is so flavorful. You are going to be cooking this pasta salad all year long! Enjoy!

Recipe
3 ½ cups water
1 box 160z bow tie pasta (Farfalle)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and diced
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup black olives
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon sun dried oil from jar
Salt
*Add 3 ½ cups water, salt and pasta into the instant pot. Stir.
*Close the lid and turn vent to seal, set Manual/Pressure Cook High for 5 minutes.
*When time is up turn the vent knob to quick release pressure.
*Drain and set aside.
~ Note: a good rule of thumb I use for cooking pasta in the instant pot is whatever the time on the package is, cut the time in half.
*Turn IP on to Sauté.
*When hot add olive oil, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, bell peppers, artichokes and olives.
*Heat through.
*When warm, add ingredients to the pasta. Stir thoroughly.
~ Yummy tips: add feta cheese or your favorite cubed cheese and top with more fresh basil
