How To make Passionfruit Cake

Batter:

cake mix, white

gelatin, powder, lemon

teaspoon
vanilla extract, pure

egg, whites, whipped

water

oil, olive
Topping:
6
oz
passionfruit, juice, thawed
2
cup
sugar, powdered, sifted
3
tablespoon
lemon, juice, bottled
1/4
cup
water
Directions:
Soak top and bottom of a clay pot in water for at least 15 minutes. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, dry lemon gelatin, vanilla extract, egg whites, water, and oil in a mixing bowl. Line bottom and up sides of pot with waxed paper. Cover, and place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until springs back when touched.
Meanwhile to prepare topping, combine fruit juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove cake from oven. Prick top all over with a fork and immediatley pour fruit juice mixture over top.

This is my very best Passion fruit dessert recipe.
My Dessert introduction:
I love desserts - very much. If you combine desserts with delicious chocolate and fresh fruit, I think you´ll get some of the best combinations you can have. In this recipe, I show you a super easy and very elegant dessert, you can be proud to serve for anybody. I call this dessert Passion Love.
I have made it many times for family and friends and it´s a success everytime. Yes even children eat this passion dessert.
Cooking tips:
The cool thing about my dessert Passion Love is, that you can put it in the freezer and take it out when you need to serve it. So even if you have a big arrangement with a lot of guests or family, you do not have to be stressed about it. You can make your Passion Love dessert a long time in advance. You can also make the decoration in advance, it just needs to be placed in the fridge. I show in my video, that I make some gold balls decoration - made by marzipan or fondant - but you can easily replace them with chocolate balls or something else you like.
And if you have some nut chocolate left over after making the desserts, you can easily make them into chocolate nut bars.

A delectable delicacy called cheesecake has a foundation made of fresh cheese and is topped with sugar. A blend of soft, fresh cheese, cream, and sugar make up the largest and major layer. The bottom, or crust, is the layer that is often constructed of crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or occasionally sponge cake. Here we added fresh passion fruit topping and it gave a nice tangy flavor to the cheesecake.
Ingredients to make Passion Fruit Cheesecake
Biscuits - 180 gms
Melted Butter - 50 gms
Cream Cheese - 300 gms
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Fresh Cream - 3/4 cup
Condensed Milk - 180 gms
Passion Fruit Juice - 2 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Passion fruit pulp - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Method to make passion fruit Cheesecake
1. Mix butter and biscuit powder and add it to a spring form pan, press it down and bake at 170 degrees preheated oven for 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl add cream cheese and sugar and blend well, add yogurt, fresh cream, and condensed milk and blend again.
3. Add some fresh passion fruit juice and mix, finally add some cornstarch and mix.
4. Pour the cheesecake mix onto the cooled biscuit base and cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil.
5. Bake it in a water bath at 170-degree Celcius oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
6. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
7. Make the sweet topping with passion fruit, sugar and water and cook till it becomes thick.
8. Slice the cheesecake and pour the sweet syrup on top and Enjoy.
