How To make Oven Chicken Salad

3 tb Butter or margarine
5 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 3/4 c Chicken stock
3 c Cooked chicken
4 oz Mushroom stems & pieces, can
-drained 1/4 c Canned pimiento, finely
-chopped 8 Puff pastry shells, baked
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the second 1 cup of croutons
in a 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole. 2. Sprinkle with cheese and the 1 cup of croutons or crushed potato chips.
3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly.
