How To make Oriental Style Flank Steak
1 1/2 lb Flank steak
1/4 c Green onion slices
2 tb Sesame seeds,toasted
3/4 c Barbecue sauce
1 cl Garlic,minced
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 ts Ground ginger
Score steak on both sides.Pour combined ingredients over steak. Cover;marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight,turning once. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.Broil 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness,brushing frequently with barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally.To serve,carve steak across grain with slanted knife,into thin slices.Makes 4 to 6 servings.

In a large bowl:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 oranges juiced
2-3 limes juiced
2-3 Tbs olive oil
5-6 cloves minced garlic
Handful of cilantro
1-2 tsp cumin
1 heft Tbs chili powder
Pinch of salt
Mix well and add your 1.5-2 flank steak or preferred steak of choice.
I would recommend marinating 4-6 hours or overnight!
Cook your preferred way pan, grill or air-fryer
I love these with corn tortillas and some onion and cilantro with an extra squeeze of lime!

YOU WILL NEED:
• FLANK STEAK
• 3 GREEN SCALLIONS
• 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
• 1/4 CUP SESAME OIL
• 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
• 1TBSP SUGAR
• CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

This is how you make grilled Asian Skirt Steak. Start by making the marinade. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, brown sugar, green onions, garlic cloves, cumin, and red pepper flakes to a blender or food processor. Process the ingredients until you get a smooth liquid. Now, cut the skirt steak into eight pieces and add them to a resealable plastic bag. Pour in the marinade, close the bag, and give it a shake to cover all the meat with the marinade. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of three hours, or overnight if you want. Remember to turn the bag every now and then while the meat marinates.
Now, remove the steaks from the marinade and grill or broil them, turning them over once while they cook. Adjust the cooking time, depending on how you like your steak done. Let the steaks rest for five minutes, this will help them stay more juicy. Slice them across the grain and serve.
