HOW TO COOK COUSCOUS//WHEN MAGHREB COUSCOUS MEETS ASIAN VEGGIES//FILIPINA COOKING COUSCOUS
Couscous is a dish known in Maghreb countries. It has many varieties such as vegetable couscous, meat couscous (chicken, beef, veal or lamb) and I prefer with lamb whenever I make one coz it gives better taste (for me) but there are people who don't eat lamb so chicken is an option too and sometimes others use fish with many vegetables. it's served with semolina or couscous grains. Others are doing the so called COUSCOUS ROYALE wherein they add pieces of roasted chicken and merguez (kind of sausage), I just made the simple one as we are just 2 to eat.
INGREDIENTS:
Lamb meat or any meat of your choice
1.5 liters of water
1tsp of salt, pepper, ginger powder, curcuma, paprika
1tsp of rancid butter
carrots, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, butternut, hot green pepper, turnips, chayote, pak choi and bouquet of parsley and coriander.
*you can add more veggies if you want
grains of couscous or semolina (medium one) to accompany

Beef & Vegetable Couscous dinner in 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Oil
1 small onion diced
½ lb ground beef
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp bouillon powder
½ tsp thyme
1 cup couscous
½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup green bell pepper
1 Tomato diced
1½ cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients
2lb chuck roast
onion powder, curry powder, pepper, salt, beef maggie, thyme, rosemary ( Add to taste)
1 onion
1 scotch bonnet
2 in ginger
1 garlic cloves
1 tomato
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 minced onion
1/2 diced bell pepper
cabbage/ carrots (optional)
2 cups or more of couscous
*if using more than me add more beef broth so it can cook properly. *

How to make the best BEEF and VEGETABLES STIR FRY I cooking stir fry no talking I asmr

Ingredients for meat and marinade: 1 pound of flank steak/beef ( sliced thin against grain)
4 tablespoon olive oil ( 1 TBSP for marinade, rest for stir fry)
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 egg
Ingredients for stir fry (vegetables):
1 Serrano chili sliced thinly
4 cloves garlic
1/2 thumb size ginger sliced thinly
1 carrot
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/3 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt to season appropriately.
Recipe: combine meat and marinade ingredients, and mix/massage well and set aside for 20 mins.
Next, prep all vegetables for stir fry as depicted in video or per your preference.
Heat up 3 tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat. Add marinated meat and spread out in hot oil, cook on 1 side for 1 minute or till caramelized, and flip and stir fry another minute, Swanson with salt to your taste, and remove meat from hot pan and set-aside and repeat process till all marinated meat is cooked and set aside.
In same hot pan, add serrano, garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 min while stirring continuously. Add onions, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage and bell pepper and cook an additional 1 min.
Combine meat and vegetables and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Turn heat off and serve with steamed white rice or any side of your preference.
