25 Chocolate sandwich cookies
Cream-filled 3 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/4 c Milk
1 c Butter-flavored crisco
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla extract
4 lg Eggs
Chocolate glaze: 6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tb Butter-flavored crisco
1 tb Milk
1 tb Corn syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" tube pan. Cut each sandwich cookie into quarters. In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat flour and remaining ingredients (except cookies and Glaze) until blended. Increase speed to High; beat 2 minutes, scraping bowl a few times. Spoon about 3/4 cup batter into pan. Gently stir cut-up cookies into remaining batter, and spoon into same pan. Bake 50 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched (toothpick test will not work). Cool cake in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan; cool completely on rack. When cake is cool, prepare Chocolate Glaze. In a 1 quart saucepan, over low heat, heat all ingredients, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over cake. -----

❤️ SUBSCRIBE HERE: I think I'm a bit obsessed with cookies and cream anything! I think it's the nostalgia of it since it was one of my favorite flavor combinations as a kid. There is just something about crushed oreos and vanilla!
This cookies and cream cake starts with a simple white cake batter that compliments the crushed Oreos so well!! The Oreo buttercream frosting is the icing on the cake! It's reminiscent of the cream inside of an Oreo.
I was so tempted to put a chocolate fudge layer in between this cake but I thought that would just be so wrong!

Oreo Pound Cake | Bundt Cake
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 cups of sugar
6 large eggs (they should be at room temperature)
1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)
1 cup softened unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 role of crushed oreos
Mix butter and sugar until it is light in fluffy in a stand mixer ( you can use a hand mixer if you have one). While that’s mixing (about 5 minutes on medium speed) combine your flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix. Now to the butter and sugar mixture add vanilla extract, and add one egg at a time, giving each egg a chance to incorporate completely before adding the other egg. Once all eggs are mixed in, add 1/3 of your flour mixture, wait until it’s incorporated, add half of your buttermilk, wait til it’s incorporated and continue this until all flour and buttermilk is in, but be sure to end with the flour mixture. Now add your crushed oreos and mix for 30 seconds!
In a bundt can of your choosing, spray with a good layer of baker’s joy or cake goop. Bake in oven on 325 for an hour and 20 minutes . Depending on how big your cake pan is, you might have to adjust the time. At an hour, check on the cake by wiggling the pan a little bit..if the cake is still loose in the middle, let it cook for another 15 minutes and make sure to check it. Cake is done once a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean!

2 cups powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
2 tbsp whole milk (add more if needed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
