How To make Orange Ooze Cupcakes
FILLING:
8 Ounces Cream cheese softened
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
Yellow and red food coloring 6 Ounces Chocolate chips
:
CUPCAKES 3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Plus 2 tablespoons vegetable :
oil
2 Tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Measuring cups and spoons, cupcake baking pans, paper cupcake liners, two small mixing bowls, electric mixer, mixing spoon, large mixing bowl, oven mitts.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line cupcake baking pans with paper cupcake liners.
In small mixing bowl, use electric mixer to combine cream cheese, egg and sugar. Blend in 2 drops yellow food coloring and 1 drop red food coloring, adding more coloring if necessary to reach desired shade. Use mixing spoon to stir in chocolate chips; set filling aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In second small mixing bowl, combine water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add contents of small mixing bowl to large mixing bowl and stir with mixing spoon to combine.
Using mixing spoon or soup spoon, fill cupcake liners half full with cupcake batter, then place 1 teaspoon filling at center of each. As cupcake bakes, the batter will rise to surround the filling.
Wearing oven mitts, place cupcake pans in oven; bake approximately 25 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
When done, wear oven mitts to remove pan from oven and turn off oven.
If desired, frost with orange icing--or just let the orange filling ooze out as a surprise.

Bizcocho de Naranja DELICIOSO | Receta fácil | Quiero Cupcakes!
♡ Vídeo paso a paso para hacer un delicioso bizcocho de naranja. Para este bizcocho utilizo yogur natural, preferiblemente sin azúcar. Si sólo conseguís yogur natural azucarado también lo podéis utilizar. Pero en ese caso os recomiendo quitar una cucharada del azúcar de los ingredientes. También podéis utilizar yogur de sabores para darle otros matices. Por ejemplo, con yogur de coco queda muy rico ???? ♡

► BIZCOCHO DE NARANJA (molde de 18cm)
● 3 Huevos L (o 4 talla M)
● 180g (4/5 taza) Azúcar blanco normal
● 120ml (1/2 taza) Aceite de oliva suave, de girasol, de canola o maíz
● 125g (1/2 taza) Yogur natural preferiblemente sin azúcar (se puede sustituir por leche o por yogur de coco, vainilla, limón, etc...)
● 80ml (3/4 taza) Jugo de Naranja (1 naranja mediana aprox.)
● Ralladura de Naranja al gusto (Yo utilicé la de 1 naranja mediana aprox.)
● 250g (1 y 3/4 taza) Harina de trigo común todo uso
● 2,5 Cdtas (tsp) Polvo de hornear o Levadura química (12g aprox.)
NOTA: Las medidas en tazas están calculadas con tazas medidoras de 250ml de capacidad. Recordad que son medidas aproximadas ya que lo más exacto son los gramos ;)

But it's just quite hard to make that perfectly moist and chocolatey cupcake and we tend to depend on store bought premixed cupcake batter. Now, you can make it completely from scratch! This recipe has the perfect balance of flour, cocoa and fat which brings out the chocolate flavor and moistness perfectly.You can use this on parties, make them with kids or simply snack on them. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I use Bensdorp)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp instant coffee powder/granules
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I use canola)
1 medium egg
1 tbsp vinegar

How To Make STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE Cupcakes | Cupcake Jemma
Summer Summer Summer time...(summer tiiiiime!). Summer time is strawberry time and these Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes take a classic treat, dial it up a notch and add a little cupcakey magic for good measure. They're a bit hit when they're in the C&D shop so I know you're going to love them!
Recipe...
For the buttery shortbread base -
100g shortbread biscuits, whizzed up to a fine crumb
10g melted butter
5g golden syrup
Make your own shortbread -
For the strawberry goo -
For the Sponge -
125g self raising flour
125 caster sugar
125g soft unsalted butter
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 lg eggs
2-3 tbsp strawberry goo
For the Swiss meringue buttercream -
add 3-4 tbsp of strawberry goo to taste
For the Pie Crumb (this will make more than you need but it will keep in the fridge for up to a month-
190g plain flour
pinch of salt
15g caster sugar
125g melted butter
1 tbsp water
(add more flour if it seems too wet)
