????INGREDIENTS????
Orange Crumble Toppings
3 ounces box orange-flavored Jell-o
1 cup all purpose flour (divided)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and divided)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Orange Pie Filling
1 cup heavy whipping cream very cold
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cups orange jam (or preserves)
5 drops orange gel food coloring
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (9 or 10)

Hello my Friends, Welcome to my Southern Kitchen!


Hope all of you are doing well, staying Safe and Healthy!!



I love me some Orange Creamsicle growing up, I use to eat them all the time! So why not transforming this Childhood Classic into a Dessert, so today I am making Orange Creamsicle Pie!


Creamy, Refreshing and full of Orange Goodness; great on a hot Summer Day and you can serve this at BBQ Cookouts, Fish Frys, Family Reunions and more! This will bring you back to your Childhood once you taste this Decedent Pie!!

Crust



2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

You may also use a store bought graham cracker crust




Orange Creamsicle Filling



4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz) carton cream cheese spread, softened
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp orange zest
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp pure orange extract
Orange food coloring, optional

Whipped Cream and Orange Zest, for garnish




Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees (for the Crust)




For the Crust:

Grease a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter; stir until well combined. Pour crust mixture into the pie plate and press evenly and firmly into the bottom and sides. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely on wire rack.




For the Filling


In a large bowl with hand mixer, add cream cheese spread and mix on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in orange juice concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, orange zest and orange food coloring (if using); beat for 3 minutes until thicken. Stir or fold in vanilla and orange extract until well combined. Pour filling into the graham cracker crust and spread into a evenly layer. Put the pie in the freezer and let it firm and chill overnight. The next day, decorate the pie with orange zest on top then pipe the sides with whipped cream using a 1M star piping tip. Serve and enjoy!

Orange Creamsicle Pie | No Bake Icebox Pie #orangecreamsiclepie

For BEST RESULTS...
Place in coldest section of refrigerator (or Freeze) for at least 3 Hours ( I prefer to freeze mine)
Remove from freezer to refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

10-inch Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs, about 12 crackers
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
6 TBSP Melted Butter
PIE FILLING:
8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
6 ounces Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
1 Tsp Orange Zest
1 Cup Non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
