How To make Orange Butterscotch Cheesecake2
BASE:
1 1/4 c Old fashioned or quick oats,
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
2 tb Flour
1/4 c Margarine, melted
BODY:
3 pk 8-ounce cream cheese, soften
3/4 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Grated orange peel
1 t Vanilla
4 ea Eggs
TOPPING:
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/3 c Light corn syrup
1/4 c Margarine, melted
1 t Vanilla
BASE: Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350, 15 minutes.
BODY: Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, peel and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition; pour over crust. Bake at 325, 1 hour and 5 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of
pan; cool before removing rim of pan. TOPPING: Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Chill until slightly thickened. Spoon over cheesecake. Garnish with orange slice and fresh mint, if desired.

Simple New York Style Cheese Cake | Cheesecake Recipe Easy
This is an easy to make Newyork style cheese cake recipe for beginners with minimal ingredients, yet tasty.
Basic cheesecake recipe at home

New York Cheese Cake Recipe

Biscuits 15 to 20 Nos ( Gram Crackers or any other biscuit)
Butter 4 tbsp melted (1/4 cup or 57 g)
Cream Cheese 800 g (3 Cups )
Sugar 1 Cup (200g)
Egg 4 Nos
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Bake over a water bath at 350 F / 180 C for 1 hr
If you do not have cream cheese , this is how to make at home.
1 liter whole milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat, stirring gently .One the milk start to boil reduce heat and Add lemon juice one tbsp at a time while stirring the milk . When The milk curdles strain it , add salt and blend it to a cream consistency.
In this video I am using cream cheese spread which always gives me lighter and creamier textured cake.

Ingredients -
* ¾ cup vegetable oil
* 1 + ¼ cup super fine sugar
* 1 cup yogurt ( homemade dahi works)
* 1+ ½ cup maida
* ¾ cup cocoa powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ¼ cup milk

Salted Caramel Popcorn Cheesecake
Your next baking project: Salted Caramel Cheesecake with a Popcorn Crust ????????????
Makes 1 x 26cm cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
For the base:
2 tbsp oil
100g IMBO Butterfly Popcorn
2 tbsp butter
200g white marshmallows
100g white chocolate, melted
For the cheesecake:
2 x 250g tubs of cream cheese, softened
2 cups cream
1½ cups icing sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the salted caramel:
½ tin caramel
3 tbsp cream, heated in the microwave
Pinch of salt, or to taste
METHOD
For the base:
1. Heat oil in a heavy-based pot and pour in the popcorn kernels. Stir well, cover with a lid and remove from the heat when the pops are more than 2 seconds apart. Allow to cool.
2. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then add the marshmallows and stir until starting to melt. Add the melted white chocolate and stir until completely melted. Remove the pot from the heat.
3. Add the popcorn to the marshmallow and white chocolate mixture and stir to coat completely. Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
4. Grease a 26 cm springform pan with non-stick spray. Press the popcorn mixture into the pan using the bottom of a measuring cup, creating an even layer along the bottom and halfway up the sides. Set aside.
For the cheesecake:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of the icing sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream, the leftover ½ cup icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence and beat with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream and mix them together until just combined.
For the salted caramel:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the caramel treat with hot cream and salt. Combine and allow to cool.
To assemble:
1. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared popcorn crust.
2. Pour small blobs of caramel onto the cheesecake and create a swirled marbled effect using the end of a spoon.
3. Chill overnight before serving so the mixture can set and ENJOY!
