1 tablespoon Natural peanut butter
1 Banana
1 tablespoon Maple syrup, Or any other sweetener (optional)
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) Cashew milk, or any milk of your choice
Coffee oat smoothie
1/4 cup (25g) Rolled oats
1 tablespoon Flaxseeds
1/2 cup (120ml) Coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) Oat milk, or any milk of your choice
1 tablespoon Maple syrup, Or any other sweetener (optional)
Blueberry oat smoothie
1/4 cup (25g) Rolled oats
1/2 cup (75g) Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 cup (240ml) Almond milk, or any milk of your choice
1 tablespoon Maple syrup, Or any other sweetener (optional)
Chocolate oat smoothie
1/4 cup (25g) Rolled oats
