Chicken and Stuffing Casserole Bake with STOVE TOP Stuffing
With just a few ingredients, this casserole is easy to put together and will be a hit with your family! You'll love the delicious chicken and stuffing flavors combined in this casserole, making it the perfect meal for any night of the week!
Stove Top Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. Turkey or Chicken Stove Top stuffing mix
1 cup water, divided
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 tsp Basil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the Stove Top stuffing, garlic powder, tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until combined.
2. Grease a 13x9 casserole dish. Layer chicken on the bottom of the dish. Top with 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle the basil over the chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese.
3. Transfer the stuffing mix to the casserole. Spread evenly.
4. Bake uncovered in a 400-degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Easy, Delicious Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
This chicken and stuffing casserole is by far my favorite! I have loved chicken and stuffing since I was a kid. My mom never bought boxed stuffing. (she always made homemade, which will always be my favorite!) I have tried many recipes, but they all left me disappointed. This one is super easy and delicious!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl, prepare stuffing:
Topping:
1 box chicken stuffing
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup hot water
In a 7x11 or 2.5 qt casserole mix:
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1/2 can of milk......mix well
Top with 2 (or more) sliced chicken breasts
Spread stuffing mix over top.
Cover with foil, Bake for 40 mins.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 mins.

Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
1 Rotisserie Chicken - shredded or chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion - diced
2 Ribs of Celery - diced
1 Small Carrot - shredded
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
2 10oz Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 C Milk
1 Bag Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 C Butter - melted
In a large skillet drizzle oil, add onion cooking just until they start to turn translucent, add celery
cooking 2 minutes. Add garlic and shredded carrot. Turn off heat. Add bag of stuffing mix and pour over
the melted butter. Mix well. Add chicken broth stirring until all absorbed. Set aside.
Add the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup to a bowl, add milk, salt & pepper & thyme. Stir until combined.
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray, evenly place the chicken in the baking dish and spread the soup
mixture over the chicken. Top with the stuffing mixture and cover with foil.
Bake @ 350 F for 30 minutes. Remove foil and raise oven temperature to 425 F and bake for 10 more minutes
or until top is golden brown.

Chicken Stuffing Casserole is an easy weeknight meal made with bread cubes, chicken breasts, onion, garlic, celery, and herbs. This recipe is similar to traditional dressing but is even better with shredded chicken. This dish can be eaten as a meal on its own or as a Thanksgiving side dish. Either way, everyone will love it!
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cups bread, cut into cubes
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup white sauce
2 cups chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 medium white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 small celery stalks, chopped
1 tbsp dry Italian herbs

Easy Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
This simple recipe uses canned chicken but fresh chicken can be used, just cook and shred for the recipe. It is so easy and quick and delicious!
3 12.5 Oz cans chicken, drained and rinsed
2 10.5 Oz cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 6 Oz box stuffing mix
1 14.5 Oz can chicken broth
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray. Layer chicken on the bottom. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken, milk and pepper then spread over chicken. Layer dry stuffing mix over soup mixture. Pour broth over stuffing and be sure to cover as much as possible. Cover the dish with foil and bake 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
