How To make Oatmeal Sesame Crisps
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and vanilla and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 12x8 inch pan and bake in 350F oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, cut into pieces of desired size

Sesame & Chia Crackers Recipe | Go Delicious
Crispy, tasty, guilt-free sesame and chia seeds crackers made at home, what can be better than that? No artificial anything, no secret ingredients, but still better than the ones from the supermarkets. Sounds almost impossible? Well it isn’t. It’s a fail proof recipe that I am so happy to share.
Here are the ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (for a dairy-free version, simply leave it out)
3/4 cup of warm water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white to brush
Sprinkle of sesame seed and flax seed, for additional crunch
To make the dough simply mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, and add the water bit by bit, mixing with a fork. Add the vegetable oil a tablespoon at a time, and knead the dough for a minute or two, just until all the ingredients are well combined and you are left with nice dough.
Cut the dough in two.
Roll half of the dough on a parchment paper to prevent it from sticking on the table. This will also make the transferring from the table to the baking tin fast and easy. Roll it thin, as this as you can, then brush it with the egg white and sprinkle sesame and flax seed on top to make it extra crunchy. Of course you can use other seeds instead, it is a very versatile recipe, I chose sesame and chia because that’s what I prefer and always have on hand.
Bake in a 200C preheated oven for up to 15 minutes or until golden on top.

Ingredients :
125g (1/2 cup) butter(牛油)
50g (1/4 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g (3/4 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
40g (1/3 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
100g(1 cup) rolled oats (燕麦片)
2 tbsp black sesame seeds (黑芝麻)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minuets.

Crunchy Sesame Seed and Oat Crackers❗️ A Better than Store Bought Gluten-Free Snack ????
These homemade oats and sesame seeds crackers are a wonderful alternative to store-bought options, as they contain only wholesome ingredients and can be customized to suit your taste preferences. You can whip up a batch of them in no time! To be enjoyed as a healthy and nutritious snack at any time!
Instructions:
Start by grinding the rolled oats and sesame seeds in a food processor or blender until they turn into a fine flour. Add salt, baking powder and water at once like in the recipe or gradually 1 tablespoon at a time while blending until the mixture starts to come together and form a dough. You may need to adjust the amount of water slightly to achieve the right consistency. The dough should be firm but still pliable.
Transfer the dough onto a working surface covered with a parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a thin even layer. Aim for a thickness of about 1/9 inch (2-3 mm) or thicker if you like them more dense.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you're working with the dough.
Use a biscuit cutter to cut the rolled-out dough into circular cracker shapes (or other shapes of your choice). Transfer the dough circles onto a pan that goes to the oven. Place the baking sheet with the crackers into the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 350°F or until the crackers turn crisp.
Once the crackers are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool down completely. They will continue to harden as they cool.
Ingredients:
To prepare 18 medium sized circular crackers:
½ cup (45 g) old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup (70 g) sesame seeds
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ cup water at once or up to 4 tbsp (add 1 tbsp at a time while blending until you get a sticky mass that forms your cracker dough)
1 tbsp. puppy seeds or any other seeds you prefer
