SOFT and CHEWY Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe | BODYBUILDING, MACRO FRIENDLY, HEALTHY
Healthy oatmeal raisin cookies recipe! Today I'm showing you how to make oatmeal raisin cookies perfect for bodybuilding and weight loss. That's because this cookie recipe is high in protein, but a low calorie cookie recipe too. It's a macro friendly recipe that won't disappoint, and is way cheaper than buying the protein cookies - like Lenny and Larry's - in the store! This oatmeal cookie recipe is also gluten free, soft and chewy, and almost as easy to make as those 2 ingredient oatmeal raisin cookies.

FULL RECIPE WITH METRIC MEASUREMENTS:
1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein powder
1.5 Tbsp (15g) Oat flour
1 Tbsp (10g) Raisins
About 1/4 Tsp liquid sweetener of choice
1 Tbsp (15g) almond milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a small bowl (except 1/2 tbsp of oat flour and 1/2 tbsp of raisins)
Mix until a crumbly - if to dry add a tsp at a time of almond milk until one does form, if to wet add 1 tsp of oat flour and protein powder at a time until one forms - try to aim for what mine looks like in the video
Once crumbly, press the ingredients into one another until dough forms and becomes sticky. Once sticky add the extra raisins and oat flour and mix until combined into the dough. Now coat your work surface with a bit of baking spray and start forming a cookie out of the dough
When a cookie has formed add the remaining chocolate chips, add to a dish and refrigerate for about an hour or two
Enjoy

3-INGREDIENT BANANA OATMEAL BREAKFAST COOKIES
1.5 cups oatmeal (I used 1/2 cup rolled and 1 cup quick)
2 medium bananas
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silpat mat or coat with some cooking spray.
Using the back of a fork, mash bananas in a medium bowl until they are broken down. Add in oats and gently stir until all of the oats and bananas are mixed together and look like a thick cookie batter.
Now your ready to add the chocolate chips! Sprinkle them into the dough and stir until they are just mixed throughout.
Scoop one heaping tablespoon of the dough into your hands and free form into a cookie*. Place on cookie sheet and continue until you have 12 cookies.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until set through and lightly golden. Cool and enjoy!
*NOTE: these cookies will not spread in the oven so be sure to form them into a cookie before placing on baking sheet.
