How To make Oatmeal Hawaiian Bread
Servings: 1
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 c (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,
drained 3 c (10 oz.) coconut
2 ts soda
1 1/2 c oats
2 ts salt
Combine eggs, sugar, and beat until light. Sift flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Remove from pans immediately.

Raisins 80g(1/2cup)
375 F/190 C bake for 15-20 minutes

Oatmeal bread rolls ( soft & yummy) #1
Dough
2 cups flour
3 tlbs oatmeal + 2 1/2 tlbs to top rolls
1 tsp yeast
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg whisked
2 tlbs sugar
Method
1.in a bowl add milk, sugar, yeast & egg stir well.
2.in another bowl add flour & oatmeal together mix an combine.
3.add dry ingredients to the wet mix together to form a dough.
4.add butter to dough mix until well combine.
5.on a lightly floured surface knead dough for 10minutes until nice an smooth
6.after kneading dough place in a lightly oiled bowl cover and set aside for 1 hour.
7.after an hour separate dough into eight pieces.
8. Roll out into a ribbon shape then from one end of dough roll to meet the next end.
9.place in a greased baking tray.
10.cover and leave to rise for 1 more hour.
11. After 1hour egg wash an sprinkle oatmeal on top of bread rolls
12.put to bake in a preheated oven at 350' degrees. Enjoy

1 teaspoon / 5 grams vanilla extract
