How To make Oatmeal Applesauce Bread
INGREDIENTS:
3 3/8 c Flour, bread
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 tb Dry milk powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Canola Oil
1/3 c Oatmeal (or, 1 pkt of Quaker
Date, Raisin, Walnut Oatmeal Instant Cereal - preferred) 1/3 c Applesauce
1 ts Cinnamon
7 1/2 oz Water
1 ts Dry yeast
Directions; Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan in order listed. Place yeast in receptacle. Bake on Rapid. (Panasonic 65) For other machines, place ingredients in order required by the machine you use. NOTE: This recipe is adapted from a Panasonic recipe. The use of the Quaker Instant Raisin, Date and Walnut cereal was a happy coincidence. I was out of oatmeal of all sorts, except that variety. It might be interesting to try Peaches and Cream, or Strawberries and Cream or some of the others for a different taste. This is a slightly sweet bread, but goes good with everything. Ingredients:
1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
3 cups (375g) All-purpose/Bread flour
1/4 cup (80g) Maple syrup
1 1/3 cups (320ml) Boiling water
1¼ teaspoons Instant dry yeast
1½ teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons (30g) Melted butter
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, or in the bowl of an electric mixer combine boiling water, oats, maple syrup, butter and salt. Mix and let cool slightly.
2. Add flour, yeast and stir until dough forms. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.
3. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour, until doubled.
4. Gently deflate the dough, shape it into a log. Place the log in a lightly greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover the pan, let rise for about 1 hour or it's crowned about 1-inch over the rim of the pan.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Brush with water and sprinkle some rolled oats on top of the loaf. Bake for 40-45 minutes. If the bread appears to be browning too quickly, cover with aluminum foil for the rest of baking.
7. Let cool completely before cutting.

BAKED APPLE OATMEAL CUPS RECIPE
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup organic buttermilk (you can sub any milk you prefer)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup applesauce (I used cinnamon applesauce)
1 large apple, chopped (1 heaping cup)
1/4 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 12-count muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or coat with coconut oil and set aside.
In a large bowl combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, buttermilk, eggs, and applesauce. Mix together until everything is well incorporated.
Add in chopped apple and raisins and gently toss until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Divide batter amongst all 12 muffin cups and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they have set through and are golden brown on top.
Cool and enjoy.
*I like to store these in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge. They will last a good week stored this way.

INGREDIENTS:
2-Cups Sugar
4- Cups Flour
2-Cups Apple Sauce
2/3- Cups Oil
2Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4-Eggs
6-Tbsp. Milk
2-Tsp. Baking Soda
1-Tsp. Baking Powder
1-Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2- Tsp. Nutmeg
Pinch Salt
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT your oven to 350
Place all the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl
Mix until well combined and smooth
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl
Mix with spoon until blended
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Mix until well combined
Spray your 13x9 baking pan
Pour your mixture into your 13x9 baking pan
Place into your 350 degree oven and bake for 35/40 minutes or until nice and brown on top
