How to Make Nut Burgers

This delicious burger recipe will give you opportunity to pile up a bun with mustard, pickle, tomato or whatever and chow down without bothering a single cow. The nut and grain combination makes a complete protein, all you need is a vegetable soup or salad to make the meal complete.

✅BLACK BEAN VEGAN BURGER INGREDIENTS:
➤1 red bell pepper, cored and roughly chopped
➤½ small red onion, roughly chopped
➤½ c. raw almonds
➤¼ cup pepitas
➤¼ c. hemp seed hearts
➤2 T. ground flaxseed
➤2 cloves garlic
➤1 tsp. kosher salt
➤1 ¼ tsp. cumin
➤¾ tsp. chili powder
➤¼ tsp. smoked paprika
➤1 can black beans, (15 ounces) rinsed and drained
➤½ c. rolled oats
➤Buns, avocado, and sliced tomatoes for serving
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the pepper and onion in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until minced. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
3. To the food processor, add the almonds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed, garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Blend until it has combined into a coarse grainy mixture. Scrape into the mixing bowl.
4. Place the black beans, oats, and 2 tablespoons water in the food processor. Puree until the beans are mostly smooth with a few small pieces remaining. Transfer to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
5. Scoop the burger mixture in ⅓ cup portions. Shape into palm-sized patties that are about 1 inch thick. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake 5-10 additional minutes, until heated through and the outsides are lightly crisp. Serve on buns with any desired toppings.

how to make black bean burgers without eggs. These patties have all natural healthy complete protein combo (black beans & nuts) and vegetables, chipotle peppers & adobo sauce make them flavorful, chia seeds make them all stick together
how to make black bean burgers from scratch
1 can (15oz) black beans, drained and mash a little
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 pieces of pickled tomato and 2 pieces of roasted garlic, minced (i made a video for this)
1/2 cup fresh or store bought bread crumbs
2 pieces of chipotle peppers (seeded and minced)
1 tbs adobo sauce
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper
2 tbs chia seeds mixed with 6 tbs water
Cook onions & mushrooms until golden brown and fragrant. Add chopped nuts & fresh bread crumbs, cook a little to dry out the bread crumbs. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Let the mixture cool down. Form into balls & press into patties. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown both sides
