How To make No Bake Fruit Cake 2
1 1/2 c Seedless raisins
1 1/2 c Pitted dates
1 lb Nuts of choice (I always use
-pecans) 1/2 lb Red candied cherries
1/2 lb Green candied cherries
1/2 lb Candied pineapple
1 cn Sweetened conden. milk
1 1/2 c Crushed graham crackers
To 2 1/2 c. -(my favorite) or -vanilla wafers -Butter to grease loaf pans -or ring mold
Combine all ingredents except crushed cookies. (I leave my fruit and nuts whole but may be cut up if your wish.) Mix well to distribute all the fruit and nuts in the milk. Gradually add the crushed cookies to the mixture and stir. As soon as the mixture is not "real" sticky you will know you have enough crushed cookies mixed in. Butter your loaf or ring pan very well and spoon in the fruit cake mixture. Press down firmly with the back of a greased spoon (I just grease my "clean" hands and push the mixture down to pack it well.) Cover with plastic wrap or foil and place in the refridg. for at least 2 days. When ready to serve, remove from refridg. and tip out on a serving plate. IF there are any leftovers....;) you should store back in the refridg.

오늘은 신비한 느낌이 가득한 용과 (드래곤 후르츠)를 가지고 젤리 치즈케이크를 만들어 보겠습니다.
역시 자연이 주는 색으로 아름다운 핑크 컬러의 케이크가 완성되었어요.
참 아름다워요.
동글동글한 치즈 볼이 두 가지 칼라로 들어가 있고 용과를 그대로 썰어 넣어서 맛도 식감도 칼라까지 완벽했어요.
탱글탱글한 젤리와 상큼한 과일의 만남~!
아름다운 만큼이나 정말 맛이 좋답니다.
( 판 젤라틴을 사용하실 분들은 같이 계량된 물의 양을 빼 주세요.
동일한 양의 젤라틴을 찬물에 불린 후에 사용하면 됩니다. )

♥ 용과 (드래곤 후르츠)에 대해서..
용과는 선인장과(Cactaceae)에 속합니다.
지역에 따라서 ..
영국은 레드 피타야(red pitaya), 드래곤프루트(dragon fruit) ,스페인은 피타야로하, 중국은 훠룡거 , 베트남은 탄롱, 태국은 케오만콘 이라고 불립니다.
선인장처럼 생긴 가지에 열매가 열린 모습이 마치 용이 여의주를 물고 있는 형상과 닮았다고 하여 붙여진 명칭이에요.
영어로는 피타야(Pitaya)라고도 하고요.
원산지는 중앙 아메리카랍니다.
베트남·타이완·중국·타이·일본 등 아시아의 따뜻한 지역에서도 경제작물로서 널리 재배되고 있으며, 한국의 제주도에서도 특산품으로 재배되고 있어요.
품종은 하얀 용과, 빨간 용과, 노란 용과가 있습니다.
백육종( 하얀 용과)은 과피는 붉은색이지만 과육은 흰 품종이고, 적육종(빨간 용과 )은 과피와 과육이 모두 붉은 품종입니다.
황색종(노란 용과)은 과피가 노랗고 과육은 하얀 색입니다.
노란 용과가 제일 단맛이 강하다고 합니다.
과육 100g당 칼륨 함량이 272㎎으로 사과나 배보다 월등한 것을 비롯하여, 인·마그네슘·칼슘·철·아연·나트륨·카로틴·수용성 식이섬유·탄수화물·단백질·지질·비타민C·비타민B1·비타민B2·비타민B3 등 인체에 유익한 미네랄 성분과 항산화 물질을 풍부하게 함유하고 있어요.
저칼로리 과일이고 식이섬유가 풍부하여 당뇨환자의 식이요법에 이용되며, 다이어트 할 때 도움이 됩니다.
또한 다양한 지방산이 풍부합니다.
물이나 우유, 요구르트, 꿀물 등을 섞어서 믹서기에 갈아 먹어도 좋고, 이 밖에 화채나 젤리를 만드는 데 주재료로 사용되기도 합니다.
