54 Club crackers 1/2 c Margarine 1/3 c Milk 3/4 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Sugar 1 c Graham cracker crumbs 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips 2/3 c Chunky peanut butter 1/2 c Peanuts; crushed Recipe by: Sue Klapper - KCXJ08A Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan with 27 of the crackers. Melt margarine in a small saucepan. Add milk, brown sugar, sugar and graham cracker crumbs in that order. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Pour over crackers. Top with second layer of 27 crackers. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread over crackers. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Chill 3 hours. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 32. -----

Holiday Praline Bars - Fast & Easy
Fast & Easy. If you've waited till the last minute (or not) to take a little something for an office party, ladies club, holiday get together, etc. This is the treat for you and it's delicious!!
Quick Praline Bars
24 graham cracker squares 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 tsp. of salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions ⦁ Heat oven to 350ºF. ⦁ Arrange graham crackers in single layer in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch. ⦁ Heat brown sugar and butter to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. ⦁ Pour sugar mixture over crackers; spread evenly. ⦁ Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; cool slightly.Sprinkle with the broken pecan pieces and let them cool. Cut between graham crackers into bars. When cool enough.....enjoy!!

Recipe: Cracker Candy
¼ (16oz) pkg saltine crackers ½ lb butter ¾ c white sugar 2c semi-sweet chocolate chips ¾ c chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter into saucepan. Add the sugar and stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a boil.. Boil for 3 minutes and stir to keep it from burning. Place the cookies on the cookie sheet and drizzle with the sugar mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips on top, spreading them out as they melt. Sprinkle with nuts and press into the chocolate. Allow to cool and break into pieces.
