How To make Nancy's Sesame Chicken
2 x Chicken cutlets 2 ts Tobasco sauce (to taste)
2 tb Sesame Oil 1 x Flour
2 ts Sugar
Marinate chicken cutlets in sesame oil, sugar, and tobasco sauce. Dredge in flour. Spray med skillet with Pam. Place chicken cutlets in hot pan, and brown slightly on both sides. Delicious served with Nancy's Sesame Noodles! -----

BIG BIRD SPECIAL
(Yields 4 servings)
***This is a special dish for those that say they don't eat Sushi as well as people who love Sushi.
You will need 1 Deep Fryer
1 Bottle of Teriyaki sauce (thick)
1 pound fresh Scallops
½ pound fresh Salmon 1 large Zucchini
¾ cup Green Onions
2 cups Broccoli Florets
2 Avocados Large bottle Vegetable Oil
2 cups of Long Grain Rice
•For starters, cook your rice as directed on package and cover to keep warm.
•Plug in Deep Fryer and add Vegetable oil to begin heating to 400 degrees.
•Cut all ingredients to about the same size. (Which would be about 1 inch in size)? (Although I like to cut the zucchini in strips just because I like to have one item with a different cut)
•Cut your avocado in slices.
Once Deep fryer indicates Oil is ready
1.Scoop large scoop of rice onto each plate with ice cream scooper to make a nice round mound.
2.Add Scallops, Salmon, Broccoli Florets, Zucchini and ½ of the green onions and deep fry for about 3 or 4 minutes.
3.Spoon over mound of rice.
4.Drizzle Teriyaki Sauce over the top
5.Add slices of Avocado to side of plate
ENJOY!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
