How To make My Shrimp Linguine Alfredo
1 pk Fresh linguine (9 oz)
3/4 lb Jumbo shrimp (about 12)
-peeled, deveined, and -coarsely chopped 1/4 lb Mushrooms; quartered
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/2 c Butter or margarine
Cream ( any type you like) 6 tb Parmesan cheese; grated and
-divided Corn starch 1/2 ts Salt (optional)
Black pepper; to -taste Whole cooked shrimp; for -garnish Parsley sprigs; for garnish Prepare linguine according to package directions. In large skillet over medium-high heat cook shrimp, mushrooms and garlic in butter 5 minutes until shrimp turn opaque, stirring frequently. Remove mushrooms, and shrimp from pan and add enough cream to make a sauce. Add Parmesan to taste. Cook, stirring constantly to deglaze. Thicken with cornstarch as desired and add salt and pepper to taste. Drain linguine. In large serving bowl combine shrimp mixture, linguine, and sauce. Toss gently to coat well. Top with remaining 3 Tbs. cheese Garnish.

2 cup heavy cream
To season the shrimp

Salt to taste
8 oz. parmesan cheese

How to make SHRIMP FETTUCCINE ALFREDO / 25 MINUTE MEAL! ❤
When you think quick, easy and delicious, you think Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, it's the perfect meal for the whole family, the shrimp can be substituted for chicken, steak or vegetables like peas, broccoli, asparagus or zucchini...this dish sides really well with a salad or good toasted bread of your choice. There is nothing better than a delicious meal that can be prepared in about 25 minutes, enjoy! ❤
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Fettuccini pasta
1 lb. medium shrimp (deveined, shells and tails removed)
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 & 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
3/4 C. good parmesan cheese (I grated parmigiano reggiano)
3 large garlic cloves
1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
salt (to your liking)
pepper (to your liking)
pepper flakes (optional)
chopped Italian parsley
● It's important to use a good parmesan cheese, don't use the grated parmesan cheese in a bag or in a can, these cheeses don't melt well and will make your alfredo sauce gritty.

High Protein Creamy Chicken Alfredo! 542 Calories | 65g protein | 47g carbs | 12g fat
One of my new favourite pasta recipes, so simple, delicious and a perfect way to satisfy your creamy pasta cravings while on a weight loss journey!
Chicken marinade:
• Chicken breast cut in halves (roughly 300g raw weight)
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp Italian herbs
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• tsp salt & pepper
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
Mix well
Cook for 5 mins on each side! Medium heat
Pasta:
• 120g uncooked pasta (roughly 240g cooked weight)
• 1 tsp salt
Creamy sauce:
• 200ml low fat milk
• 100g light cream cheese (i use lightest Philadelphia)
• 20g parmesan or shredded mozzarella
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1/2 cup pasta water
Once added to the pan, bring to a light boil then lower the heat and add the cooked pasta and chicken
• Garnish with parsley & parmesan
This recipe makes 2 servings!
