1 lb Ground Beef 2 T Onion; minced 3 T Garlic; minced 2 c Tomato sauce 1/2 T Cumin;ground 1/2 T Chili powder 1 Bay leaf 1 ts Cinnamon 2 T Cocoa powder; unsweetened 2 T Worcestershire sauce 1/2 T Oregano;dried 1 ts Vinegar; white 1 cn Kidney beans; 19 oz;drained Cooked spaghetti;or other -pasta Onions;yellow, minced Butter Cheddar;grated Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
