INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
2 cups assorted mushrooms
water
1 tsp salt
spaghetti
olive oil or butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
pepper
sprinkle of instant dashi stock

Chicken & Mushroom Spaghetti | Quick and Easy Recipe
Hi Everyone, welcome back to my channel! This is a really easy and tasty pasta recipe that only takes about 30 minutes to make, perfect for a mid-week meal!
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
1 pack of mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic, diced
100ml chicken stock
50ml sour cream
2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
1 and a half tablespoons of plain flour
Oil
Garlic salt/salt
Pepper
Bail
Spaghetti/pasta of your choice
Method
1) Season your chicken thoroughly on both sides with salt and pepper and fry in a couple of tablespoons of oil until cooked through. Remove from the pan
2) Add a pad of butter to pan and melt, fry the garlic and onion for a couple of minutes, before adding the mushrooms
3) Cook down the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Add the paprika and cook for a couple of minutes before adding the flour and cooking this off as well
4) Start gradually adding the chicken stock, until fully incorporated. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes, re-add the chicken
5) Taste for seasoning, season with salt and pepper to your taste
6) Kill the heat, add the sour cream and stir into the sauce
7) Add your spaghetti and stir, top with basil
8) Serve with parmesan and enjoy!

Sloppy Vegan Red Chunky Tomato Spaghetti with Olives, Onions and Mushrooms
1 - 16 oz package red spaghetti pasta
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 medium chopped white onion
1 cup chopped beets
1 can pitted black olives
1 quart jar of fire roasted tomato sauce with chunky tomatoes
1/3 cups chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup organic catsup
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 lemon
Bring 2 quarts of water with a pinch of sea salt to boil. Pour in one 16 oz packet of broken in half red spaghetti.
In separate pot pour in roasted tomato sauce, chopped beets, mushrooms, and 1 cup chopped black olives, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and stir, cover and simmer. Add 1/3 cup of catsup. 3-5 shakes of cilantro, parsley, Italian herbs, basil, lemon pepper, sea salt.
In non-stick frying pan 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 large chopped white onion, 4 cloves chopped garlic and 2-3 splashes of red wine, stir and cover. After 5 minutes pour contents into tomato sauce.
When spaghetti is done by the taste test after 5-7 minutes of boiling. Rinse in strainer with cool water then put back into pot and sprinkle in more parsley flakes and 1/2-1 teaspoon of olive oil and stir (optional).
Put handful of spaghetti into bowel and sprinkle with parsley.
Could had some slice almonds that have been blanched as well.
