2 1/4 cups All purp flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Butter
softened
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Pecans :

1 1/2 cups White chocolate bar -- 8 oz

Preheat oven 300F. In med bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well; set aside. In lg bowl, using mixer, blend sugars at med speed. Add butter; mix to form a grainy paste. Add eggs and vanilla; beat on med until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture, pecans and white chocolate; blend on low until just combined, Do not overmix. Drop by rounded Tbsps onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart. Bake 20-22 mins or until edges just begin to turn golden brown. Do not overbake. Transfer to a cool flat surface to cool before removeing from cookie sheets.

No baking soda and/or baking powder and egg wash are used.

Dry ingredients:
Cake flour 250g
Corn starch 60g
Ground Almond 70g
Salt 2g
Icing Sugar 85g
Roasted Almond fleaks 80g
Wet ingredients:
Peanut oil or vegetable oil 135g (146ml)
Remarks: Once cooldown keep in the airthigh container, best time to serve these cookies by the next day onwards, all the flavours going well into the cookies and more crunchy

Bake With Me - Quarantine Baking - Mrs. Field’s White Chocolate Chip Cookies ????
Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter softened (15-20 seconds)
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a smaller bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a larger bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and eggs until completely combined. Add the vanilla. Mix well and then add the flour mixture.
3. Stir in the white chocolate chips
4. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a scoop, drop cookies onto cookie sheet. If you want larger cookies, use a 3 TBSP scoop. If you want smaller cookies, use a medium, 1.5 TBSP cookie scoop.
5. Bake in 350 degree F oven. Large cookies take 12-14 mins. Smaller cookies take 9-11 minutes.
6. Leave them on the tray for five minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
