How To make Mr. Turkey Sausage &Amp; Vegetable Medley
1 T Cornstarch
1 T Brown sugar
1 T Light soy sauce
1/2 t Ground ginger
1 c Vegetable or chicken broth
1 pk Mr. Turkey Smoked Sausage,
-cut into 1/4" slices (16oz) 1 T Oil
4 c Assorted cut-up fresh
-vegetables 3 1/3 c Hot cooked rice
In small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Gradually blend in broth until mixture is smooth; set aside. Coat large, non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Brown sausage; remove. Add oil and vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add sausage and broth mixture. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over hot rice. Makes 5 servings.

1 lb shell-on shrimp
1 lb crawfish
1 lb Manila clams
1lb mussels
1 lemon
For sauce
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 heads garlic
2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
11 tbsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
OLD BAY Seasoning recipe (4 tbsp)
3/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp celery seed
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground ginger
5 bay leaves
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground cloves

Creamy Cajun Sausage and Cauliflower Vegetable Skillet | Keto | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2
Hello Towers, today we are making a Creamy Cajun Sausage and Cauliflower Skillet. This dish is very simple and easy to make it comes together in less than 15 minutes and as always keto friendly and low carb. Go ahead and try out this quick and easy recipe that can be had for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
3-4 smoked sausage
½ medium yellow onion
1 cup plum tomatoes
12 oz steamed cauliflower
4 oz feta cheese
⅛-¼ cup heavy whipping cream
1 ½ - 2 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 Cajun and Blackening Seasoning
¾-1 cup steam broccoli (optional)
In a skillet over medium high heat add the chopped smoked sausage and yellow onions and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Add in plum tomatoes, steamed cauliflower, and season with Cooking With Thatown2 Cajun and Blackening Seasoning. Cook for another minute then add the feta cheese and heavy whipping cream. Continue cooking and combine all ingredients until the heavy whipping cream has reduced and coated all ingredients for about 2-3 minutes. Taste season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy.

I added some colossal shrimp (also from Aldi) and also some chopped halibut. The potatoes & corn that came in the bag were also delicious!
The sauce I made on the side was:
-1 stick of butter
-1 small onion
-Garlic
-Lemon juice
-Worcestershire sauce
-Old bay & cajun seasoning to taste
