I've recently discovered my love for these Teriyaki Beef Sticks. I started purchasing some 5 sticks at the front counter register of one of my local gas stations. 2 for $1 sounded like a good deal to me and before I knew it, I was hooked. I started buying them buy the tens. I quickly discovered, however, that I didn't like the other brands when I purchased them at the grocery store. Plus the price, for some reason, was much higher. Which is crazy to me because convenient store prices are you usually way higher than grocery stores. So I got obsessed with making my own and coming up with a recipe that was consistently delicious and up to my specific tastes. Read more and get the exact ingredients for this recipe:

Bytes & Nibbles - Beef With Olives & Feta - Escaping The Mouse - ETM-389
After a few more headaches than usual for a video, this one finally makes it debut. Here's the recipe for today Bytes & Nibbles segment:
Beef with Olives and Feta
Prep + Cook Time: 60 minutes | Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed (2 inches)
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups spicy diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup green olives, drained
1/2 cup black olives, drained
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup feta cheese
Directions:
1. Select the SAUTÉ setting on the Instant Pot and heat the oil.
2. Add the beef and sauté until the cubes has turned light brown.
3. Add the tomatoes, green and black olives, and salt, stir well. Close and lock the lid.
4. Press the CANCEL key to stop the SAUTÉ function.
5. Select MANUAL and cook at HIGH pressure for 45 minutes.
6. When the timer beeps, use a Quick Release. Carefully unlock the lid.
7. Taste and season more if necessary.
8. Add the feta cheese and serve with cooked rice or potatoes.
