How To make Mom's Pumpkin Cookies
3 c Pumpkin
1 c Shortening
2 c White sugar
4 c Flour
2 ts Soda
2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 ts Cinnamon
1 lg Bag chocolate chips
1 Jar marichino cherries
-chopped Cream together pumpkin, shortening, white sugar. Then add and mix flour, soda, salt, baking powder. Then add and mix vanilla, eggs, cinnamon. Then add and mix chocolate chips, cherries, nuts. Drop by spoonful on greased cooie sheets. 12 - 14 minutes at 375~ -----

Happy {early} Thanksgiving! I won’t be posting the rest of this week, so here is a yummy pumpkin cookie recipe to enjoy in the meantime! It’s more like a cookie cake type of consistency, but definitely still satisfies any cookie cravings.

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies!
You only need two ingredients to make these fast and easy pumpkin cookies!
1 box of Spice Cake mix
1 15oz can of Pumpkin
Mix the two ingredients together
Make 1tbsp sized balls of dough
Place dough on cookie sheets 1-2 inches apart
Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Let cool 2 minutes
Place cookies on a cooling rack

Pumpkin Crunch Recipe with MY MOM!
Recipe:
9 x 13 pan
wax paper
1 can solid pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
2 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
tbsp cinnamon
tsp vanilla
3 eggs
yellow cake mix w/ pudding
1 cup chopped nuts
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 Degrees F
