With tastes of Gingerbread, Vanilla, Molasses and Spice, this cake will be a sure winner with your favorite icing on your next Buffet Table!
Great with Whipped Cream or even Ice Cream, this vintage recipe uses Molasses, which is a byproduct from the Sugar Manufacturing process.
Molasses isn't something you would put on your Pancakes, but gives a lovely dark sugar taste to baked goods.
This cake uses Ground Cloves, Ginger and Cinnamon.
The taste is like a light, bright Gingerbread with the texture of a moist spice cake.
