How To make Mocha Macadamia Decadence
CAKE:
3 ounces Bittersweet or semisweet chocolate; chopped
1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate :
chop
3/4 cup Macadamia nuts
1/3 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Unsalted butter room temp
2/3 cup Sugar
3 large Eggs
2 tablespoons Cognac or brandy
2 teaspoons Granulated instant espresso :
or coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
GLAZE:
1/4 cup Whipping cream
1 tablespoon Light corn syrup
4 ounces Bittersweet or semisweet -- chocolate; finely ch
FOR CAKE: Preheat oven to 350~. Butter 8" round cake pan with 2" sides. Line bottom of pan with parchment. Stir chopped chocolates in top of doulble boiler over simmering water until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Process macadamia nuts and flour in processor until nuts are finely ground. Transfer jnut mixture to small bowl. Do not clean processor. Add butter and sugar to processor and blend using on/off turns until mixutre is smooth. Add eggs, Cognac, instant espresso (or coffee) and vanilla and process until smooth. Add melted chocolate and process until just combined. Add nut mixture and process unisng on/off turns until mixture is just combined. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Smooth top with spatula. Bake until toothpick inserted halfway between edge and center of cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool cake in pan on rack 30 minutes. Invert cake onto rack; remove parchment and cool.
FOR GLAZE: Bring cream to boil in heavy small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in corn syrup. Let glaze stand until cool enough to spread, about 20 minutes. Transfer cake to rack. Spread glaze over top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until set. Transfer cake to platter. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.

This recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies used to be my biggest baking secret! Stuffed burgers, stuffed crust pizza, stuffed cookies. Anything with a surprise center automatically makes it that much more special. Today I'm going to take the classic chocolate chip cookies and stuff it with the crowd favorite, Nutella. You'll have this soft and chewy cookie with this warm and gooey center. It's heaven. Subscribe and like if you want to see how it's made.
Ingredients:
½ cup (1 stick) melted Unsalted Butter
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ cups all-purpose Flour
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Nutella: (
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
2. Mix the melted Butter, Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar in a large bowl by hand.
3. Add the Egg and mix again until it's combined.
4. Add in the Vanilla Extract, Salt, and Baking Soda until combined.
5. Add in the all-purpose Flour and Chocolate Chips. Stir again until the dough comes together.
6. Take a scoop of cookie dough and flatten it out like into a small disk. Then takea a spoonful of chilled Nutella and place it in the center. Pinch the seams like a dumpling. Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake 1 dozen at a time for 10 minutes until golden brown. Then let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

(ทำได้ขนาดครึ่งปอนด์ 4 ก่อน/For 4 half-pound )
1.แป้งเค้ก/ cake powder = 136 g
2.ผงฟู 1/2 ชช./ 1/2 baking powder
3.เบกกิ้งโซดา 1 ชช./ 1 teaspoon baking soda
4.ผงโกโก้/cocao powder = 42 g.
5.ไข่แดง 3 ฟอง/ 3 yolk eggs
6.น้ำตาลทราย/sugar = 116 g
7.เกลือ 1/2 ชช./ 1/2 teaspoon Salted
8.นมข้นจืด/condensed milk = 42 g.
9..น้ำเปล่า/water = 80 g.
10.น้ำมะนาว 1 ชข./ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
11.กลิ่นวนิลา 2 ชช./ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
12.น้ำมันคาโนล่า/ Canola oil = 116 g.
❤️ส่วนผสมเมอแรงค์/Meringue Ingredients
1.ไข่ขาว 3 ฟอง/ 3 white eggs
2.ครีมออฟทาร์ทาร์ 1/2 ชช./ 1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
3.น้ำตาลทราย/sugar = 84 g.
❤️ส่วนผสมซอสคาราเมล/caramel ingredients
1.น้ำตาลทราย/sugar = 200 g.
2.วิปปิ้งครีม/Whipping cream = 140 g.
3.เนยจืด/unsalted butter = 70 g.
4.น้ำ/water = 40 g.
5.เกลือ 1/4 ชช./ 1/4 teaspoon salted
6.กลิ่นวนิลา 1/2 ชช./ 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
