About Pai:

We made a delicious version of Yuen Long's famous B boy grass jelly. It's easy to make, fresh and quite lovely on a hot summer day. Give it a try!

Fuit Platter Grass Jelly:
Grass Jelly
Various fruits
Nata de Coco
Aloe Vera
Evaporated Milk

Cut grass jelly into cubes. Place in the center of a big bowl. Add various fruits. Top with nata de coco & aloe vera. Pour cold evaporated milk and serve!
