How To make Mini Chocolate Cakes with White Chocolate Lava
1 c Unsalted butter; softened
1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Egg yolks
1 lb Bittersweet chocolate;
-melted 1 c Flour
1 c Toasted ground pecans
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
6 oz White chocolate
= in 1-oz pieces 3/4 c Heavy cream; whipped
2 oz Bittersweet chocolate;
-grated Recipe by: Caprial's Cafe--on PBS TV These cakes are more like brownies, with a chunk of white chocolate in the middle of each. They are really at their best when served warm. Preheat oven to 350. Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, cream butter and sugar together on high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Continue to mix until the egg mixture is lemon colored, about 3 minutes more. Lower the mixer speed and add the melted chocolate. Stop and scrape down the sides and then continue to mix. Add flour, nuts, and vanilla and mix just until the batter comes together. Distribute the batter among six 8-ounce well-greased ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Place a 1-ounce piece of
white chocolate into the middle of each half-baked cake. Return cakes to oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the side comes out clean. Do not insert the knife into the center or you will hit the white chocolate. Let cakes cool for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate and pipe whipped cream on the top of each cake. Top with grated chocolate and serve warm. Serves six. Ask Caprial -----

This decadent easy to make chocolate lava cake will melt on your plate and in your mouth! The cake whips up in a few minutes and there's NO decoration to worry about! It's guaranteed to be a hit, just don't overbake them or you won't have a molten chocolate cake, just a delicious one!! This might be the most decadent chocolate cake recipe, there's almost no flour so it's just amazing...

PRO TIPS FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
Use a high quality chocolate. This is the main flavor and you will taste the difference when using a better ingredient.
The bake time will change based on the size of your ramekins and your oven’s idiosyncrasies so it’s a good idea to do a test batch before you serve these at a dinner party.
Try adding a flavor you enjoy like orange zest, raspberry reduction or a hit of caramel.

Chocolate lava cake ???? #shorts
Chocolate lava cake
Ingredients
- 120g unsalted butter
- 10g butter for greasing
- 180g chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 40g caster sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp flour
Method
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
2. Grease 6 ramekins with butter
3. In a second bowl, whisk together the sugar, 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
4. Fold through the flour in the egg mixture
5. Mix the melted butter and chocolate and then fold that through the egg mixture as well
6. Pour the batter into the greased ramekins
7. Bake in a 220c oven for 7 minutes, then remove and let rest for a couple of minutes before turning out
8. Serve with vanilla ice cream, dust with icing sugar and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1.white chocolate-100gm
2.butter-2 tbs
You can use oil if there is no butter
3.all purpose flour-1/2 cup+ 2tbs
4.baking powder-1/2 tsp
5.salt-1 pinch
6.powdered sugar-1/2 cup
7.milk-3/4 cup at room temp
The cup i used is 1cup=250ml
