How To make Milky Way Cake (Plain Jane)
6 Milky Way Bars
1 c Butter, sweet
2 c Sugar
4 Egg
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 1/4 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Nuts, chopped
Calories per serving: Number of Servings: 8 Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 1:20 Cholesterol per serving: Marks: *DIRECTIONS* Melt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over very low heat. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 detgrees. Beat sugar and remaining butter until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and baking soda alternately with buttermilk, stirring until smooth. Add candy mixture, stirring well. Stir in vanilla and nuts (nuts are optional). Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 to 25 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes and remove from pan.

사랑스러운 파스텔 색의 레인보우 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요~
생크림을 샌드한 기본적인 크레이프 케이크인데 색을 6가지로 만들어 구우니 사랑스러운 느낌이 가득한 것 같아요~
진한 색의 레인보우 크레이프 케이크도 예쁘지만 색소가 너무 많이 들어가서 은은하게 색을 내서 파스텔 톤으로 만들었는데 더 예쁜 것 같아요~^^
1색당 3장의 크레이프를 구워 총 18층으로 층으로 쌓았더니 높이감이 적당해서 좋더라구요~
같은 색을 연달아 3장씩 쌓아 만들어도 예쁠 것 같아요~
바로 먹으면 쫄깃한 크레이프 식감을 느낄 수 있고 냉장실에서 하루 정도 굳혔다 먹어도 맛있답니다~^^

▶재료
달걀 5개
설탕 65g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 5g
박력분 250g
우유 625g
녹인 무염버터 90g
식용색소 (빨강,주황,노랑,초록,파랑,보라,하양)
휘핑한 생크림 (생크림 500g + 설탕 50g)
▶레시피
1. 달걀에 설탕, 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 우유 125g을 넣고 섞은 뒤 남은 우유 500g을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞고 체에 거른 뒤 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 숙성시킨다.
4. 반죽을 6개로 나누고 식용색소를 넣어 색을 낸다.
5. 약불로 달군 팬에 크레이프 반죽을 붓고 넓게 편 뒤 기포가 올라오면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익히고 식힌다.
6. 돌림판 위에 크레이프 1장을 올리고 휘핑한 생크림을 얇게 발라 층층히 쌓는다.

5g Vanilla extract
250g Cake flour
625g Milk
90g Melted unsalted butter
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white)
Whipped cream (500g whipping cream + 50g sugar)

Make your own buttermilk!
For the cake in the video: 4 x 7 tins. Will also work for 3 x 8 tins.
250g Unsalted Butter
250g 70% Chocolate
180ml Brewed Coffee (or 180ml Hot water with 2 tbsp Instant Coffee Granules)
4 Eggs
150ml Buttermilk (see link below for how to make your own)
3 tbsp Vegetable or Sunflower Oil
430g caster sugar
150g Plain Flour
150g Self Raising Flour
60g Cocoa Powder
3/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
430g Caster Sugar
100g Butter
200g Chocolate (I like 50% for ganache)
100g Double Cream
If you want to fill and ice with ganache you can double this quantity.

225g Icing Sugar
80g Melted Chocolate (70% is best for buttercream)
If you want to fill and ice with buttercream you can double this quantity.
For a 6 cake follow these ingredients. If you need something even smaller just halve all of the ingredients!
190g Unsalted Butter
