How To make Milk Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons margarine melted

Filling---- 16 ounces fat-free cream cheese softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unbleached flour
3 egg whites :
whipped
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare crust, combine crumbs and margarine in a small mixing bowl. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla, and chocolate chips in another mixing bowl. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool. Chill.

Brownie Base
1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
2 eggs
Cheesecake Layer
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip cookie mix
1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
Steps
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, mix Brownie Base ingredients until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar; beat until blended. Add 2 eggs and vanilla; beat just until blended. In medium bowl, stir together chocolate chip cookie mix and flour. Add softened butter and 1 egg; stir until soft dough forms.
4. Spread cheesecake layer mixture over hot brownie base. Drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate chip cookie dough over cheesecake layer.
5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cookie is golden brown. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before cutting and serving. Cut into 6 rows by 5 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

Ingredients for sponge cake (蛋糕材料):
2 large eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g plain floor (普通面粉)
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
1/8 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
30ml milk (鲜奶)
30ml corn oil (玉米油)
Filling (芝士馅):
500g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
100g (细砂糖)
3 large egg(鸡蛋)- grade A
20g corn starch (玉米粉粉)
150g vanilla Greek yoghurt (优格)
1 grated orange zest (橙皮屑)
60ml fresh orange juice (鮮橙汁)
100g semi-sweet chocolate chips (苦甜巧克力粒)
Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
1 (19.5- or 22-oz) pkg. fudge brownie mix
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until set. Reduce oven temperature to 300° F.
2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into baked crust.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 300° F. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Bake time: 1 hour 25 minutes
Note: Chocolate chips may fall to brownie layer during baking. You can add about a tsp. of flour to them and mix if you do not want them to sink.
