Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode of Cooking with Louise, I am Louise. Today I want to share with you a one-pot meal, you know how much I love the convivence of a one-pot meal! But this recipe is not only done in one pot but it is also entirely done in the microwave! Talk about quick and easy! This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, it's called Beef Stroganoff with Green Bean Casserole.

Beef stroganoff Pasta
Serves for 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cream 3/4 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
-Cooking Oil 2-3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) lean 350g
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking Oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Mushrooms sliced ½ cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
-Penne pasta 2 Cups (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
-In bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well.
-Add milk,whisk well and let it rest for 30 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color and cook until dries up (approx. 25-30 minutes),keep mixing in between then take out in a bowl for later use.
-In the same frying pan,add butter and cooking oil and let it melt.
-Add onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well for a minute.
-Add stock and mix well.
-Now add cooked mince,salt,black pepper crushed,Worcestershire sauce,mustard paste and mix well.
-Add prepared sour cream,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur bef qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 25-30 minutes),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Maida dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Yakhni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab cooked qeema,namak,kali mirch crushed,Worcestershire sauce aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar sour cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix karein.
-Boiled penne pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

Betty's Budget-Friendly Ground Beef Stroganoff
Betty demonstrates how to make a Budget-Friendly Ground Beef Stroganoff. It uses ground beef rather than a more expensive type of meat and has very few ingredients. It is very quick and easy to put together for a large, hearty meal!
Budget-Friendly Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 pound ground beef
4 slices crisp bacon, separated into pieces
1 small onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked (You may use any pasta of your choice.)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Brown 1 pound of ground beef with 4 slices of crisp, chopped bacon and 1 small chopped onion. Stir in 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 8 oz. sour cream, and cook until the mixture is thoroughly heated, but do not boil. While your beef mixture is cooking, prepare your rotini pasta. Place 8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta into 2 or 3 inches of boiling water. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente. Remove from heat, and drain through a colander. Place cooked pasta in the center of a large platter, and spoon the ground beef stroganoff mixture over the noodles. Serve with French or Italian bread and a green salad. Nutritious and inexpensive!!!

This Easy Beef Stroganoff recipe is a family favorite that is often requested, and thoroughly enjoyed when it’s what’s for dinner.

Ingredients:
1 lb (16 oz/454 g) beef (any cut will work, slice thinner when using tougher meats)
1 c (70 g) mushrooms (sliced, we are using white mushrooms here but have also used baby portabellos)
1 c (120 g) all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 c (237 ml) water (to add the beef bullion cubes to)
2 cubes beef bullion
3/4 c (175 ml) Worcestershire sauce (seriously...I typically use half the bottle!)
1 lb (16 oz/226 g) sour cream
1/2 tsp (1 g) pepper
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
1/2 tsp (2.4 g) onion powder
1/2 tsp (2 g) paprika
1 1/2 c pasta (1 1/2 c dry egg noodles - cooked, drained and rinsed)
