How To make Meringues Aux Noix Cookies/Low Cal
4 Egg whites; at room temp.
1 tb Lemon juice
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Filberts or pecans; chopped
2 tb Non-fat dry milk powder
1 tb Almond flavored liqueur
1 tb Honey
In small mixer bowl, beat egg whites, lemon juice and salt at low speed until foamy. Gradually increase speed and beat to high peak stage. Add other ingredients, continue beating at high speed, scraping edges of bowl, until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Use pastry bag with plain tip to squeeze 1x4" strips on cookie sheet lined with brown paper. Bake at 200 for 1 hour. Turn off heat but DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Let cookies dry at least 2
hours or overnight. Carefully remoe with spatula; store in air-tight container. 10 calories per cookie. -----

COCONUT MACAROONS | easy, almost healthy, coconut cookies!
Coconut macaroons are bite sized treats (like a coconut cookie!) with a crispy coating and chewy interior. But when dipped in chocolate, they make for one indulgent dessert.
Classic coconut macaroons are little dollops that contain sweetened condensed milk (which is dairy and extra sugar). But we're ditching that today to keep these lighter, fluffier, and less sugary. They're also gluten-free and dairy-free!
This version is easy, almost healthy (*wink*) and utterly delicious. I think they're the best, and one of my personal favorite sweet treats. Hope you love them too!

Meringue Cookies Dolcetti alla Meringa
Ingredients:-
1 cup of egg white -about 8 eggs (260 grams)
2 3/4 cups of granulated sugar (520 grams)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Rolo chocolates for snowmen hats
Ice cream sugar cones for the Christmas tree base
Shoestring licorice for snowmen scarf
Sprinkles, stars, and small candy for Christmas trees
Red/black/green/orange gel food coloring
Coconut flakes for snow
1/2 cup white chocolate chips for snowmen nose and as a gluing agent
Candy canes to crush and sprinkle on trees
Piping bags.
Piping tips:
1 round 1 inch diameter
1 very small round for snowmen eyes
1-star tip
Directions:-
Step#1- In a stand up mixer with the whip attachment add your eggs and on medium speed start whipping.
Step#2- Once eggs are white and frothy start adding your sugar one spoon at a time and increase the speed.
Step#3- Add the cream of tartar.
Step#4- Mixture should be light, fluffy and firm.
Step#5- Now divide in different bowls and gently fold in the food coloring.
Step#6- This part is really up to you on what type of design you want to make. Be creative and I’m sure they will be amazing.
Step#7- Bake on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Step#8- The oven should be on 200 degrees Fahrenheit and for 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the cookie.
This is a great project to do along with the children.

● Aujourd’hui je vous propose une recette d’étoiles de Noël aux amandes et parfumées aux zestes de citron (sans gluten) recouvertes d’un glaçage royal, de jolis biscuits pour les fêtes de fin d’année !
● Ingrédients pour la recette (pour environ 50 à 60 biscuits) :
● Pour la pâte à biscuits :
350g de poudre d’amande
200g de sucre
3 blancs d’œufs (90g)
Le zeste d’un citron jaune
● Pour le glaçage royal :
160g de sucre glace
1 blanc d’œuf (30g)
1 c. à c. de jus de citron
