I am introducing to you my favorite recipe of the Best Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers With Vegetables and Meatballs. Tasty, beautiful dish, with a lot of nutrients, and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 and half of large onion
1 large carrot
eight to nine sweet peppers
1 can of chick peas or garbanzo neans
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp salsa or tomato sauce
3 medium potatoes
salt, pepper, seasonings to taste

HOW TO MAKE MEATBALLS | EASY SOFT AND DELICIOUS MEATBALLS | ITALIAN MEATBALLS
My family's favorite meatball recipe is what I'm sharing today, simple yet delicious.
Easy Soft And Delicious Meatballs
40g leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a medium onion
400g tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
Mince Mixture
400g ground beef
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 whole egg
To Add To The sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cube of beef or chicken stock
METHOD
-Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes
-In the meantime heat the olive oil on medium-low
-Fry the onion on medium for 3 minutes
-Add the tomato,black pepper,salt, cook for 10 minutes
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince,1 tbsp parsley,1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, minced garlic ,black pepper,salt and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs
-Add the meatballs to the sauce,water and the stock,cover and cook for 30 minutes
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread
-Enjoy

For the Meatballs:
350g ground pork, shoulder
500g ground pork, leg
½ onion, finely chopped
20 pcs ILIADA Green Olives pitted
50ml ILIADA LAKONIA PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 large eggs
½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
3 slices stale bread without crust
200g corn flour
½ tbs garlic powder
100 ml beer
1 tbs mild mustard
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & fresh pepper
For the Feta sauce:
100g feta cheese
100 ml heavy cream
100 ml fresh milk
50 g strained yogurt
1/3 bunch of spearmint, finely chopped

I'd say this is probably the top mommy food recipe there is in the Greek kitchen. My kids pop these keftedes like candy whenever I make them.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. ground beef or combination of ground beef lamb and/or pork
2 large red onions grated or minced (about 2 cups)
1 large tomato grated on a coarse grater*
¾ to 1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons ground DRIED Greek mint
¼-1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs as needed
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour for dredging
Olive oil for frying
