How To Make CREAMY & JUICY MEATBALLS In White Sauce. Recipe by Always Yummy!
You will need 35-40 minutes to cook mouth-watering and tasty meatballs with white sauce. We believe having tasted once you’ll want to cook such meatballs time and again.

✅ Ingredients:
• ground beef – 18 oz | 500 g
• ground pork – 18 oz | 500 g
• boiled rice – 7 oz | 200 g
• 1 egg
• bulb onion – 4 oz | 120 g
• minced garlic – 2 cloves
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• ground coriander – ½ tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• dried parsley – 1 tsp
Sauce:
• meat broth or water – 21 fl oz | 600 ml
• butter – 1½ oz | 40 g
• wheat flour – 3 tbsp
• sour cream – 1 cup | 250 g
• sweet paprika – 1 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• fresh parsley – 1 tbsp | 5 g
✔︎ You will need:
• pan
• deep bowl
???? Preparation:
1. Into a deep bowl add the ground meat, boiled rice, an egg, chopped up bulb onion, minced garlic, ground black pepper, ground coriander, dried parsley and 1 tsp of salt, combine until smooth.
2. Make medium meatballs.
3. In a pan melt the butter over low heat and add the wheat flour, stir well and add the hot broth gradually, stir until smooth and add the sour cream, sweet paprika and salt to taste and stir again.
4. As soon as the sauce boils lay out the meatballs into the pan, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
5. Flip the meatballs then, cover with the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the creamy sauce meatballs with fresh parsley and serve hot to the table.

Most Swedish meat balls are made with beef or pork, as chicken seems to be a more popular protein, I thought I'd make a chicken version. If you ever enjoyed the IKEA meatballs when shopping for furniture, you will never buy them again after trying this recipe. Best part, you only need one pan, so less dishes to clean. These balls are enhanced with all spice and coated in a mustard and Worcestershire sauce which marries well together. Use a good chicken mince, I always make it my self using chicken thighs. This ensures a better chicken flavour and less dryness.

You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingredient and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results.
Ingredients:
Chicken Meat Balls:
ground chicken - 1kg
onion - 1 medium sized
garlic - 3 cloves
spring onion- 2 stalks
light soy sauce - 2 tsp
ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
all purpose flour - 4 tbsp
eggs - 2 pcs
Creamy Sauce:
onion - 1 medium sized
unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
all purpose flour - 3 tbsp
water - 2 cups
chicken stock - 1 tbsp (concentrated)
whipping cream - 1 cup
black pepper
salt
parsley
oil for frying

How to make Swedish Meatballs | Homemade Ikea Meatballs
Juicy flavour-packed meatballs in that classic rich and creamy Swedish meatball sauce.
It makes such a great comforting dinner served with mashed potato and of course some lingonberry jam (although I've got some other suggestions if you can't find it).

Swedish Meatballs Ingredients:
Meatballs:
500 g (1lb)beef mince - ideally 20% fat
250 g (1/2 lb)pork mince
1 onion - finely chopped
1 clove of garlic - minced
4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1 medium egg
5 tbsp (75ml) full-fat milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp allspice
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp plain - all-purpose flour
180 ml (3/4 cup) beef stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) double (heavy) cream
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
To Serve:
Finely chopped fresh parsley
Creamy mashed potato
Lingonberry jam - or redcurrant jelly
Green veg – such as broccoli or green beans

HOW TO MAKE MEATBALLS | EASY SOFT AND DELICIOUS MEATBALLS | ITALIAN MEATBALLS
My family's favorite meatball recipe is what I'm sharing today, simple yet delicious.
Easy Soft And Delicious Meatballs
40g leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a medium onion
400g tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
Mince Mixture
400g ground beef
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 whole egg
To Add To The sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cube of beef or chicken stock
METHOD
-Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes
-In the meantime heat the olive oil on medium-low
-Fry the onion on medium for 3 minutes
-Add the tomato,black pepper,salt, cook for 10 minutes
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince,1 tbsp parsley,1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, minced garlic ,black pepper,salt and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs
-Add the meatballs to the sauce,water and the stock,cover and cook for 30 minutes
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread
