How To make Meat Loaf Teriyaki
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup green bell pepper :
chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 carrots :
grated
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley :
chopped
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
Combine all but last 2 ingredients. Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9" baking dish. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off grease. Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat. Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter. Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.

Aloha friends! Welcome back to my kitchen. Today, I’m going to share with you how I make breaded beef teriyaki. It's easy to make and requires very little ingredients. I hope you enjoy it! INGREDIENTS:
2 LBS THINLY SLICED BEEF
1 CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE TERIYAKI SAUCE
4 EGGS, SCRAMBLED
1 CUP FLOUR
2-3 CUPS PANKO (JAPANESE BREAD CRUMBS)
OIL FOR FRYING
DIRECTIONS:
1) MARINATE BEEF WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE AND REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS.
2.) COAT THE MARINATED BEEF IN THE FLOUR, EGG, THEN PANKO.
3.) FRY IN OIL FOR 2 MIN ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
4.) ENJOY!

MINI MEATLOAF RECIPE | Small Batch Meat Loaf Recipe
This mini meatloaf is topped with a delicious ketchup glaze and is full of amazing flavor. The perfect size for two people and a quick and easy dinner solution.

Meatloaf:
1 lb. hamburger 90/10 blend
1/2 Tbsp minced onion dried
2 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg or 1 Tbsp mayo
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Ketchup Glaze:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg or 1 Tbsp of mayo and mix to combine.
Add in breadcrumbs along with other seasonings including steak sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Form meatloaf into two small loaves and place in baking dish.
Bake meatloaf at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking combine ketchup, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
Then increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F, remove the meatloaf form the oven and spoon the glaze mixture over the tops and sides of the meatloaf. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow glaze to set up. The meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

Cooking Ep. 01 - TERIYAKI MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS
-2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
-1 White Onion (diced)
-3-6 Giant White Habanero (de-seeded and chopped)
-1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flake
-2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
-1 tbsp Ginger Powder
-1 Egg
-1 tbsp Sesame Oil
-1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
-1 8-10 oz can Crushed Pineapple
-1/2 cup Soy Sauce
-1/4 cup Brown Sugar
-1 tbsp Sesame Oil
DIRECTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
2.) In a mixing bowl, add meat, onion, peppers, pepper flake, garlic, ginger, egg, and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Mix until egg is thoroughly mixed in.
3.) Add bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
4.) Place loaf in a baking dish and set aside.
5.) In a medium sauce pan, add pineapple and juices, soy sauce, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Cook on medium heat until sauce starts to boil.
6.) Pour mixture over meatloaf, slightly pressing fruit on the top.
7.) Cover and bake at 375 degrees (F) for 45 minutes.
8.) Remove cover and raise oven temp to 400(F). Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
9.) Remove from oven. Let stand for 10 minutes.
10.) Slice and serve with white rice.
