How To make Meat Loaf Cordon Bleu
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsley, divided
minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic :
pressed
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 bunch green onions (include green tops) chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup swiss cheese :
shredded
2 ounces Prosciutto or other smoked ham -- chopped
coarsely 2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chicken broth
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons parsley, bread crumbs, broth, garlic, salt, tarragon, mustard, and pepper. Beat well. Mix in ground beef. Set aside. Saute onions in butter until soft. Blend cheese, ham, remaining parsely and onions in a medium bowl. Set aside. Divide the meat mixture into two equal parts. Pat one part into the stoneware loaf pan to form a layer. Top with cheese mixture. Pat remaining meat mixture on top of cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove stoneware loaf pan from oven and drain off fat. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in stoneware loaf pan the remove from pan and cool completely in refrigerator. Cut

Leckerer als langweilige Buletten! Holländischer Hackbraten für ein leichtes, herzhaftes Abendessen
Wenn Sie aus Hackfleisch etwas Leckeres zubereiten möchten, aber die gewöhnlichen Fleischbällchen schon satt haben, probieren Sie dieses Hackbratenrezept. Es ist sehr praktisch und nützlich. Sie müssen nicht stehen und Koteletts formen, schneiden Sie einfach ein Stück Hackbraten, legen Sie es auf einen Teller mit Kartoffeln, die mit Parmesan und Gewürzen gebacken sind, und ein unglaublich leckeres Abendessen ist fertig. Zutaten und Zubereitung:
180g Weißbrot
200-250 ml Milch
Brot in Milch pürieren
30 g grüne Zwiebeln
150 g Gouda-Käse
1 kg Hackfleisch
¼ Teelöffel gemahlene Muskatnuss
½ Teelöffel gemahlener Koriander
Salz zum Abschmecken
schwarzer Pfeffer
3 Eier
gut mischen
1-2 Esslöffel Semmelbrösel
1 große Zwiebel
Auflaufform oder Backblech
Mit Pflanzenöl einfetten
50 ml Wasser
Lorbeerblatt
3 Piment
Mehrere schwarze Pfefferkörner
Bei 180 Grad 60 Minuten lang backen
Die Kartoffeln gut waschen und 10 Minuten lang kochen
2-3 Esslöffel Parmesan
Koriander oder Petersilie
Auflaufform
Koriander
1 Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver
1 Teelöffel getrocknete Zwiebel
½ Teelöffel Salz
Schwarzer Pfeffer
Parmesan
2-3 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl
Die gekochten Kartoffeln halbieren
Wie im Video schneiden
Mit Pflanzenöl einfetten
Mit Parmesan bestreuen
20-30 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen, bis sie weich sind
Am Ende der Backzeit die Temperatur auf 200°C erhöhen

Chicken Cordon Bleu | A true classic, comforting & delicious! Give it a go this weekend ????
Serves: 2
Time: 40 minutes
2 chicken breasts
4 tsp dijon mustard
4 slices smoked ham
80g gruyere cheese, sliced
25g plain flour
2 large free-range eggs, lightly beaten
100g panko breadcrumbs
50g butter
2 tbsp oil
Cranberry sauce, to serve
Parsley, finely chopped, to serve
For the mash:
400g floury potatoes, cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves, peeled
30g butter plus extra, as needed, to taste
Splash of milk
50ml double cream
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Butterfly each chicken breast. Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and bash with a rolling pin until thin. Arrange on a board and spread with the dijon mustard. Layer the ham and gruyere onto one side of each piece of chicken then fold over to seal the chicken.
Working with a wet and dry hand, dip each chicken schnitzel into flour, followed by egg, and lastly followed by breadcrumbs. Repeat each, dipping again in egg and then breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.
Melt the butter and oil in a pan over a medium-high heat and fry the schnitzels for 4-5 minutes on each side before placing into the oven to cook through for 20 minutes.
For the mash, add the potatoes and garlic to a pan of cold salted water over a high heat. Once the water is boiling, turn down the heat and allow to simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Drain out the water and add the milk and butter, mashing until smooth and season to taste.
