1 lb Fresh mushrooms 1/4 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Red wine vinegar 6 tb Sherry 4 tb Sugar 1 c Finely minced onions Mix all ingredients but the mushrooms in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms that have been cleaned and halved or quartered depending on size. Marinate and chill fo 24 hours before serving. Small button mushrooms can be used whole.

This is such a delicious mushroom recipe that we ourselves were delighted after trying it for the first time! We really recommend making this appetizer from the heart! The mushrooms can be stored in the refrigerator and become even tastier after a few days. We recommend making a minimum of 1 kg mushrooms at a time.
Recipe for 500 grams of mushrooms:
- small mushrooms - 500 grams - water - 1/2 cup - olive oil - 100 ml - apple cider vinegar - 4 tablespoons - allspice - 10 peppercorns - sugar - 1/2 tablespoon - bay leaf - 4 sticks - garlic 4 cloves salt - 3 teaspoonfuls
1. wash the mushrooms well 2. prepare brine 3. Pour the mushrooms into the brine and put it on the cooker. Bring the brine to the boil and boil for 5 minutes 4. Pour into a box or jar and let stand for at least 3 hours. If you let the mushrooms stand overnight, they will taste even better.
