How to make a Orange Creamsicle Cake
Vanilla cake mix
What ever ingredients your cake mix calls for
Vanilla extract
A dash or orange extract
1- 1/2 tub cool whip whipping cream
Orange slices candy
2 boxes orange jello
1box French vanilla pudding
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Sweetened condensed milk

Orange Poke Cake Recipe
My sister was making a Jell-O Orange Poke Cake and I was like “that’s a delicious cake and I haven’t had one in years but it’s so not vegan”. . . Until now! Mom and I both worked on making this recipe vegan. She got the cake just right and I worked on the agar agar to fill in for the jell-o. So from our family to yours. Enjoy!

Cake Ingredient List*
1 white cake mix- check label, most are actually vegan
1 cup cake flour, all purpose works too.
1 cup liquid from mandarin oranges.
2/3 cup soy milk, other plant milk will work too. Soy gives a richer taste.
6 tablespoons Just Egg or equivalent egg replacer for 3 eggs.
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup oil or softened vegan margarine
Fruit
23.5 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drain and reserve the liquid. Chill the oranges.
“Jell-o” Ingredient List
3 cups orange juice
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 teaspoons agar agar powder
6 tablespoons sugar
Topping
Almond Reddi Wip or So Delicious CoCo Whip
Cake Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix cake ingredients together. Mix according to cake mix directions.
Pour batter in a prepared 9x13 cake pan. Bake about 35 minutes. Test for doneness by poking the center with a toothpick. It’s finished if a toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake and then refrigerate if you have time. Use a long prong fork to poke holes in the chilled cake. Poke holes about every ½ inch, poking to the bottom of the cake pan.
Jell-o Preparation
Mix Agar Agar with the sugar. Pour orange juice in small saucepan. Stir in Agar/sugar mixture. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 4-5 minutes.
Next step
Slowing spoon the hot Jell-o over the cooled cake. You want to be sure the Jell-o soaks down into the cake. Keep spooning until all the Jell-o is absorbed. Refrigerate the cake to solidify the Jell-o. It will thicken quickly.
Serving
Cut cake into slices. Top with whipped topping and mandarin oranges.

Orange Creamsicle Cake
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 box white cake mix plus eggs, oil and water as called for on the box
• One 3 ounce box orange gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 cups orange sherbet divided
• One 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1/4 cup milk
• One 8 ounce tub whipped topping
• mandarin oranges, for garnish if desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Prepare and bake the cake according to the package instructions in a greased 9x13 pan.
• While the cake is still hot, poke holes in the cake with the end of a wooden spoon or with a straw.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, boil one cup of water. Stir in the orange gelatin until dissolved. Stir in one cup of the orange sherbet until melted.
• Pour over the cake slowly, allowing the mixture to soak into the holes; refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
• In a large mixing bowl, melt the remaining cup of orange sherbet. Add the milk and pudding mix and whisk; let it set for a couple minutes to allow the pudding to thicken.
• Add the whipped topping and fold in until smooth and well-combined.
• Spread over the cooled cake and garnish with mandarin oranges, if desired.

Orange Creamsicle Milkshake
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup orange soda
• 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream approximately 2 scoops
• 2/3 cup orange sherbet approximately 2 scoops
• 3 tbsp whipped cream for topping
• orange slice and cherry for garnish optional
Instructions
• Pour 3/4 cup of orange soda into blender
• Add 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
• Add 2 large scoops of orange sherbet
• Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy
• Pour into glass
• Top with a generous amount of whipped cream (there's no such thing as too much)
• Garnish with an orange slice and cherry
• *add even more ice cream if you like your milkshakes extra thick

Hey Y’all I hope y’all enjoy this recipe, it’s another crowd pleaser.
My Father in law would have me make this for his birthday every year. He is no longer with us here on this earth in body, but I cannot make this without thinking of him. It puts a smile on my face each time I make it thinking of all the times this cake brought a smile to his. I hope it brings a smile to someone special in your lives.
Pea Pickin Cake Ingredients:????
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs room temp ( I used 4 because the recipe called for 4 but honestly y’all can use 3 and save yourself an ????and it will be just fine)
1 stick room temp butter (your choice of brand)
1 11oz can mandarin oranges in juice
Mix ingredients together and place in 2 8 inch round cake pans or 13x9 rectangle baking dish for single layer sheet cake if you prefer. Bake for about 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Ovens do vary.
FROSTING :
1 12 oz container cool whip????
1 box large vanilla instant pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with the juice
(I add pineapple last)
I place my cake in the fridge so it is cool before I frost with the cool whip frosting
Note: I also save just a little of the mandarin orange juice so I can poke holes in the cake while it’s cooling for extra moisture. I would not add to much though or you will have a soggy cake:

3 Mandarinen.
1 Ei.
100 Gramm Kondensmilch (3,5 OZ).
1 Teelöffel Vanilleessenz.
100 ml Milch (1/2 Glas).
150 Gramm Mehl (5,3 OZ).
1 Teelöffel Backpulver.
Bratpfanne 20 cm (7,8).
10 Gramm Butter (0,35 OZ).
50 Gramm Kondensmilch (1,75 OZ).
Bei sehr schwacher Hitze 18 Minuten mit Deckel garen.
Nach dem Wenden weitere 3 Minuten bei sehr schwacher Hitze garen.
Puderzucker.
