How To make Lucky Chocolate Chewies
1 1/2 c Firmly-packed brown sugar
2/3 c Crisco shortening
1 tb Water
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting: 1/4 c Golden crisco shortening
2 c Icing sugar
3 tb Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
Green food colour 1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Place sheets of foil on
countertop for cooling cookies. 2. For cookies, combine brown sugar, shortening, water and
vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat eggs into creamed mixture. 3. Combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Mix into
creamed mixture at low speed just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. 4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls (15 mL) of dough 2 inches (5
cm) apart onto ungreased baking sheet. 5. Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375F (190C) for 7
to 9 minutes, or until cookies are set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. 6. For icing, combine shortening, icing sugar, milk and
vanilla in medium bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended. Scrape bowl. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. Add food colour, a few drops at a time, until desired shade of green is achieved. Frost top of cookies with spatula. Makes: About 3 dozen cookies -----

Hi Everyone!
This video I want to share how to make the best chocolate chip cookies soft and chewy for days which your family will love. This is very straightforward recipe anyone able to make them. My kids loving these cookies a lot they keep asking for it every week or two.
Ingredients:
First, cream the butter and sugars together until it gets creamy then add the egg and vanilla. Sift all the dry ingredients in after you mix the batter up. Add chocolate and walnut in and form them into a small ball. This recipe can you up to 18 cookies. I want to cookies bigger so I make 14 instead. When you are done put this cookie ball into a fridge for 1 hr. You need parchment paper and cookie tray. Pre heat your stove to 325 F and bake it for 18 mins if you want you cookies to get more brown look you can leave it you to 20mis. When the cookie is at room temperature, you can store them in a cookie jar or a tin box it will be soft for days. If you find these cookies are yummy you can try to make them for your family. Everyone loves a classic chocolate chip cookie! But we all have our own idea about what makes the PERFECT cookie. Some like them crispy, others soft & chewy. I say...why not both? This recipe produces a gorgeous, BIG cookie-soft and chewy on the inside, with crispy, crunchy edges. And with a wonderful hint of tangerine, you're going to LOVE these cookies.
Thick and Chewy Tangerine Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Cups Flour + 2 tbsp (Organic Unbleached)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
12 tbsp unsalted butter (Melted and cooled)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1 large whole egg
1 large egg yolk (Extra fat to keep the cookies chewy)
2 tsp Vanillla extract
1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 325° and place rack in the middle.
2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
3. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl
4. In stand mixer w paddle attachment beat butter and both sugars @ medium until smooth about 1 minute.
5. Add whole egg, egg yolk & vanilla and beat on medium-low until incorporated about :30 scraping bowl as needed.
6. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until until combined about :30
7. Mix in chocolate chips.
8. take dough in 1/4 cup portions-roll, split, rotate 90 degrees and combine (size is up to you)
9. Bake 15-18 minutes rotate halfway (times may vary by oven)
10. Cool cookies on the baking sheet
