Every sweetener is different i used erythritol u can use sweetener according to uours...

1/4cup almond milk=10cal
1 small egg 38 grams=54cal
2tbap cocoa unsweet(16g)=20cal
1/4tsp baking powder(1.5g)
1/8tsp baking soda(pinch)
1/4tsp vanilla essence
1tsp sweetener
50 grams mashed banana=45cal
1/2tsp light butter for greasing tray=11cal
walnuts(optional)
low cal chocolate ganache=4cal

total=212kcal for whole dessert

Ingredients: (makes 12)
1 cup of plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 cup of low calorie sugar (I used natvia -- a natural sweetener)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 of low fat milk
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of chocolate flavouring
1 teaspoon of mint flavouring
2-3 pieces of dark chocolate (grated)
Bake for 20 mins at 170 degrees celsius, 350 degrees fahrenheit
