Smoked Teriyaki Beef Jerky at Home!
I love beef jerky as much as the next guy. Unfortunately it can be pretty expensive at the store. But luckily we can make our own at home with cheap cuts of beef! Grab a hunk of lean beef and follow along adding your own spice along the way for some great homemade snacks.

Tenderize steaks in 30 minutes!? Testing Pineapple and Adolph's Steak Tenderizer!
Hey Grillers, got another one for you today about tenderizing steaks! We're testing pineapple and Adolph's Tenderizer to see if they are indeed good steak tenderizers or not. The enzyme Bromelain is inside pineapples and what makes them such good tenderizers. Adolph's is a concentrate containing Bromelain enzymes. Let's find out if either of these can do the 30 minute tenderization and if there are any differences!

Garlic Butter London Broil | Price Chopper Cooking How-To
Garlic Butter London Broil
Prep: 10 minutes plus standing Cook/Broil: 23 minutes Serves: 4
1 London broil steak (about 1¼ pounds)
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package (8 ounces) sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 package (3.5 ounces) sliced shiitake mushrooms
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Chopped fresh basil and/or parsley for garnish (optional)
1. Pat steak dry with paper towel and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt; let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. In small bowl, stir 2 tablespoons butter and garlic.
2. Position oven rack 8 inches from broiler; preheat broiler to high. In large cast-iron or oven-safe skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add steak and cook 8 minutes or until browned, turning once. Transfer skillet to oven; broil 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare. Transfer steak to cutting board and top with butter mixture; loosely tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)
3. In same skillet, cook mushrooms, pepper, oregano and remaining ½ teaspoon salt over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and remaining 1 tablespoon butter; cook 3 minutes or until butter is melted and tomatoes are just tender, stirring frequently. Makes about 2 cups.
4. Cut steak across the grain into 16 thin slices; serve topped with mushroom mixture drizzled with balsamic glaze. Garnish with basil and/or parsley, if desired.
