8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can Artichoke Hearts (quartered, sliced)
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (reserve some for sprinkling on top)
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese
3 tbs butter
1/4 cup diced onions
3 tbs green onions
1/4 cup diced celery/diced bell red bell pepper
1-2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup sherry wine (optional)
8 oz lobster meat (can sub shrimp)
1 lb crab meat (lump or claw)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
8 oz cheddar jack cheese
8 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar (to top)
Salt, pepper, onion powder, creole seasoning
Hot sauce (to taste)
2 tsp Worcestershire
Parsley to garnish
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Prep veggies.
Begin by melting butter in cast iron skillet. Add onions and celery (and bell pepper if you have it) and cook thru. Add garlic once onions are done cooking. Now add your lobster or shrimp and cook thru. Add sherry wine (optional) and cook off about 2 minutes. Next, Add in your cream cheese and melt/incorporate. Add lemon juice, green onion, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and sour cream - mix to combine. Begin seasoning at this point and taste as you go. Add in crab meat and mix to incorporate.
Turn the heat to low and slowly mix in your cheese until everything is melted. Adjust your seasoning here to your preference, and top with your remaining cheese.
Place in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned and dip is hot/bubbly. Garnish with parsley and any remaining crab meat (and/or lobster/shrimp) for presentation. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguettes.

Ingredients -
-4 roasted or grilled lobster tails, plucked and shells discarded (to learn how to grill lobster tails, check out Spatchcock Funk’s grilled lobster rolls here)
-8 oz mascarpone cheese, left out to room temperature
-8 oz brie cheese (rind cut off, cut into squares)
-1 Tbsp dijon mustard
-1/2 cup sour cream
-6 oz grated super sharp cheddar cheese
-1/3 cup mayonnaise
-2 tsp Cajun seasoning
-1/2 tsp Cayenne powder
-1/3 cup chopped scallions
-6 oz shredded gruyere
-Pita chips
-Cooking spray (we love Duck Fat spray)
Directions -
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Chop up the plucked lobster tails
-In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mustard, sour cream, cheddar, mayo, and seasoning
-Mix it all up with an electric mixer
-Fold in the chopped lobster
-Fold in the brie and chopped green onions
-Spoon it into the sprayed pie pan
-Top with shredded gruyere and green onions
-Slide into oven and cook for 20 minutes
-Let it cool for 10 minutes, so it thickens up
-Dip and party it up
Bonus Tip - You can replace the lobster with grilled or roasted shrimp, crab, langostinos or crawfish if you can find them. The key to this is sharp and creamy connections, so you can also use cream cheese if you don’t have access to mascarpone.

GARLIC BUTTER LEMON PEPPER LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients
- 6 lobster tails
- 5 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 table spoon lemon pepper
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 200ml blended coconut water (blend 200ml coconut water with a 1/4 cup of garlic cloves)
- Optional 1/8 teaspoon msg
Optional garnish: chopped parsley
1. Prepare/clean your lobster
2. Add butter to a small pot or pan on medium low heat. Melt the butter then add minced garlic. Fry on low until fragrant
3. Add the lemon pepper and sugar continue to fry for another minute
4. Next add the blended garlic coconut water. Simmer and reduce by a quarter.
5. Taste to adjust the seasoning
6. Brush the sauce on the lobster then bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cook time will vary feeling on the size of your lobster
7. When it’s done remove, brush with Elmore sauce and garnish with parsley
