How To make Lite Lasagna
O.Evans VPRJ01A 1/2 cup Spinach; raw, fresh
minced
4 Lasagna noodles :
cooked
2 Scallions -- finely minced
1/2 cup Part-skim ricotta
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Broccoli -- finely chopped &
4 teaspoon Part-skim mozzarella
blanched
Preheat oven to 375. Pat the noodles dry, then lay them out on the counter. In a medium bowl fold together the riccota, broccoli, spinach and scallions. Divide this mixture evenly between the noodles, spreading it out with the back of a spoon. Roll up the noodles as you would a jelly roll, then set them in a baking dish that's been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Pour on the tomato sauce, sprinkle on the cheese, and bake until cooked through and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.

1 medium sized onion
3 garlic cloves
(feel free to add some carrots, celery)
50g chorizo or turkey bacon
2 tbsp. oil
800g ground beef
100g tomato paste
400g tinned tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1000ml beef stock
►Bechamel Sauce
70g butter
70g plain flour
800ml milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
►Lasagna Sheets & other things you will need
300g or 6 -7 Large Fresh Egg Lasagna Sheets (feel free to use dry ones)
450g fresh mozzarella cheese balls
400g cheddar cheese
Garnish with dried parsley

- 400G Extra Lean ground Meat (5% Fat)
- 100G low Fat Mozzarella (100G =150 Kcal)
- 400G Canned Tomatoes
- 250G Mushrooms
- 1 Onion, 1 Carrot
- 60G Lasagna plates (2 Layers)
The Lasagna gets into the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 min.

Pizza cheese (go cheese) - 1 block
TOMATO SAUCE:
Olive oil - 4tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1tbsp
Celery chopped - 1tbsp
Onion diced - 1 cup

Yellow Zucchini diced - ¼ cup

Simple Lasagna Recipe with Pasta Sauce | Light Chicken Lasagna with simple ingredients
This is a simple lasagne recipe with pasta sauce and is the easiest lasagna recipe you’ll ever make with minimal ingredients yet so delicious! No pre-cooking lasagna noodles, no grating cheeses, no homemade sauces, yet it’s so perfectly delicious!! It is comfort food and my daughters favourite. Nothing complicated. Just simple ingredients and a fool proof method and a dinner everyone can agree on!
The best part is that this dish can be made ahead of time and freezes well either before or after baking!
Simple Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Chicken Sauce
Minced Chicken. 500g
Onion. 1 chopped
Carrot. 1/2 Chopped
Garlic chopped. 1 clove
Tomato Paste. 120g (1/2 Cup )
Pasta Sauce 1/2 Cup
Water. 1 Cup
Pepper Powder. 1 tsp
Salt and Oil
White Sauce
Butter. 1 to 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped. 1 clove
All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Milk. 2 Cups
Pepper Powder. 1 tsp
Dried Oregano. 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For assembling Lasagna Sheets and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
In this recipe i ve used less amount of cheese.. If you wish you can add more cheese between layers
and can add parmesan and ricotta cheese as well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 35 to 40 minutes covering with a foil for the first 20 to 25 minutes and removing it afterwards..

►4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked from 2 lbs chicken breast)
SPINACH CREAM SAUCE:
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1 medium onion, finely chopped
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►2 1/2 cups chicken broth
►1 1/2 cups half and half (or equal parts of heavy cream and milk)
►5 oz fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
►2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►3 garlic cloves, minced
CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►15 oz ricotta
►1 large egg
►1/4 cup parsley
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese
►3 cups mozzarella cheese
